The hostel has 24/7 reception staff. Therefore, you aren't provided a key to the main entrance door, only your room. But if the staff is busy inside they can take a few minutes to open the door for you which wasn't my favourite later at night to be waiting outside.

Lots of activities hosted by the staff. Great vibe overall. Pretty clean rooms and bathrooms. Common area provided beach gear for borrowing which is nice.

Cant control the people around you - some make a big mess in the bathroom and don’t clean after themselves. No avoiding that in shared bathrooms.

You can't choose your roommates, it's not the staff's fault. The locker didn't lock properly, the staff knew that in advance.

The location is great, the staff is OK, it's clean, there are plenty of tools in the kitchen, coffee and tea are always available, it's safe.

Nothing! The AC could be better but as I understand they were working on fixing it asap but we still had adequate fans and ac in our room.

Great location - right next to the cathedral and 25 mins walk to the beach. For the smallest hostel in Barcelona-which I didn’t know- it’s amazing! The kitchen and living room are great, they have things going on in the evening like wine tasting where I met other travellers- the bathroom was really clean and the staff are amazing!

As a female solo traveller I felt very safe at this hostel! The people who work there are really amazing and very helpful. The hostel is at the center and everything is close enough by foot! I had an amazing time, thank you guys! :)

Showers in the girls bathroom totally flood the whole room so make sure you've got flip flops. Because it's hot everyone sleeps with the windows open, so be aware you'll need an eye mask and earplugs because lots of glass/rubbish collection in the night which can be quite noisy - but fine if you're prepared/sleepy enough.

Amazing location, friendly staff, rooms were pretty spacious for small dorms. Air Con worked. Kitchen and Breakfast space bright and clean. Little living room really cosy - all with mini balconettes so lots of fresh air. Not sure if it was pre-primavera quiet but it wasn't too loud and people were respectful in the night. Lots of early sleepers. Free coffee, cold water, and staff were very accomodating of my broken foot.

Upon checking in the guy was rude and normally if bed is ready all hostels I have been to (50+ countries and 200 different hostels) allow prior check in especially if its like 30-40 mins but he didn’t even allow to check in until it was sharp 2 pm. Was a weird person and thankfully didn’t see him for rest of the stay. Other staff was very cool polite and friendly

location was superb beside beautiful streets. Room was nice with balcony and key for lockers. everything was spotless with great kitchen, chill out room and seating zone despite the buildings average size. Excellent staff too. Thanks alot Eric for your great help. Cheers to the other staff too.
