The staff was really helpful, the breakfast wasn.t included and i paid each time i got to the dinning room. breakfast was both continental and British. Salad and vegetable were missing at the buffet. but the choice was multiple for every taste really. i enjoyed my stay.

The boiler is installed in the wardrobe of one the rooms and it's quite noisy when it heats the water, so take earplugs with you ;) Some furniture needs refurbishing or replacement already.

The hotel complex is well organized. A supermarket is in front of the reception. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

Sofa in the apartment was quite uncomfortable . Despite somebody coming to fix the tv Ariel we could only get bbc channels some of the time . Food in restaurant was nearly all unacceptably cold. Whilst I very much appreciated that there were some activities , the young woman who supervised the activities was superficially cheerful but was lacking in knowledge about many of the activities and seemed disorganised and in a rush to get them finished . Losing all interest in the guests as soon as her time was up . Not a natural I feel .

Apartment was very clean and spacious with decent cooking facilities and fridge/freezer . Apartment was downstairs so quite peaceful.Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly . When I complained that the fried eggs at breakfast were too cold to be edible , I was offered freshly cooked ones by Manolo , which I accepted . We were offered freshly cooked eggs each morning after . Unfortunately the 2nd time they were offered , I accepted , but they were very undercooked . I gave up after that .

Apartment was ‘tired’ needs completely updating. Very poor equipment, not enough knives etc. Double bedroom had no wardrobe space. Only 2 balcony chairs for a 2 bedroom apartment. Adults Pool was freezing.

Overall, the hotel is nice. 3 stars is a good rating. Let's start : Reception. Staff is extremely polite. Especially General manager / Director Esperanza & another polite man what check us in. Very helpful & always smiling! Dining experience : Limited menu for dinners. All staff super nice. Especially Manuolo (sorry forgot spelling) Jesus and other staff what don't remember names. Pool bar gentleman sorry forgot name but he was there everyday. Super polite & professional! Kids club: Isabela working very hard. Kids club room needs fresh air as is smelly. It's very hot & small. Paints are not washable!!! Kids clothes ruined. Not suitable for using by little children so management should keep it in mind. Mini disco for children is too early as 7pm and lasts like 15 min. Would be nice if will be longer as children really enjoyed it. Instead of after standing in the long queue for getting a face paint done & then was refused to do it as it was too long. Adults entertainment the singers & Ethiopia 🇪🇹 circus Amazing! There was once a magic show advertised but never happened. Playground area: very dangerous & should not be used by children until floor grounds are fixed. The gaps between tiles make children fall & scratch skin very easily like our child has a fall on the uneven ground . Pool area : nice size of the 2 pools. Beds should be power washed daily or at least every few days. Scum visible above the water. I believe it can be washed as I didn't see much of it in different hotels. Room: rooms spacious, outside chairs & table not very clean. Overall, we had a nice stay. Nothing was a big trouble. Staff is working very hard all day. There's not much to see around. Lovely beach. Few nice restaurants. If you like quiet, not overcrowded place. This is a good choice.

Flies/wasps everywhere including all over the food in the restaurant, seriously needs sorting out

the 2 bed apartment is great - perhaps just getting a bit tired on the decor but very clean.

Breakfast was a bonus - great selection . Our room had a small set of steps straight to the pool - one of 3 - so perfectly located - short walk down to the beach. whole complex is kept really clean.

Stairs everywhere, not easy access for prams at all. Also, children's play area rubber matting needs urgent replacement as numerous trip hazards and material has gone hard and causes injury when young children trip up on lifting tiles. Also, something needs to be done in bar area particularly to sort mosquito problem. Sitting down for a drink and being bitten to death means no-one uses the bar which is a shame.

Children & noise in the adult’s pool. Too small terrace. Blankets; not modern. Not coffee maker. Just a little bit old fashion kitchen & equipments.

Very good location; big & smaller beautiful & huge beaches very near. Many pools. Beautiful scenerys. Bus stop near. Very good supermarket near. Hiking route near. Peaceful to sleep.

Its a little tired around the edges in places, all still works fine but you can see the some of the fittings are starting to show there age. But not dirty or anything, it was all very clean. One night our apartment just started smelling of cigarette smoke (assuming from one of the other guests) which seemed to be coming through a vent somewhere, we spoke to reception and they happily moved us over to a fresh apartment and there was no issue.

Staff are super friendly and always more than happy to help. The women covering the Reception was really nice and very welcoming. We were self-catering so normally popped to the shop opposite for a fresh pastry and coffee in the morning, its super close so very easy. Didn't use the restaurant as opted for local restaurants instead, however used the pool bar for lunch one day which was quite nice for simple burger chips kind of offerings.

The apartments are quite old

The location is amazing, just a short walk from the beach. You have a nice supermarket just opposite to the hotel reception. They have 4 different pools and the small one is perfect for little kids. The staff is super nice and very helpful. Good value for money.

The bathroom needs a re-style. It was old and not functioning well. The hotel luck a bit of style, personality.

The view from the room was amazing. You could see the sea, beach and all the baya! The house is furnished with the essentials. Nothing fancy but also nothing missing. The residence is ok. With all the essentials.

The aircon unit in our room was leaking /not working. This was fixed the next day. There is only air con in the main living space and not in the rooms which made the rooms quite hot!

Everything we needed! The apartment was clean and comfortable with great kitchen facility. The pool was on our doorstep, clean, many sun loungers and a nice pool bar for drinks/snacks. There were washing facilities available (very useful for a sick baby) and a supermarket right across the road.

TV in room - only English channels were BBC news and CBBC. TV signal is switched off at 1030 every night. WiFi.- Couldn't connect to WiFi while in room. No late check out- Requested a late check out before travelling. Requested again on arrival and was told check again 3 days before departure. Asked again 3 days before departure and told to check again 1 day before departure. Asked again 1 day before departure only to be told no late check out was available as room was needed for new arrivals. Vacated room at 1200 midday as requested on departure day. As we had a late flight home we were still on the complex at 16.30pm. We happened to check our room and it was still empty. Pool bar - Very limited cocktails available. Also quite expensive.

Location - Excellent for beach and local restaurants. Sun loungers- Always lots available at any time of the day. Friendly reception staff.

Wi-Fi is a very poor, the aircon should be on the rooms too.
