Very nice hotel, a bit old but very well kept, great breakfast and staff. Fatima at reception was so lovely!

Unfortunately they let’s the school children in to use the pool and this makes it very noisy, we love children but this was just over the top that made it not the relaxing break we hoped for.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, we had the Antonio suite for two nights and very nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

It is a bit outside the town, which is why it has its own parking lot.

This is truly a hotel of exceptional comfort for the money, with large rooms, big beds, perfect soundproofing and easy parking. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar and a cool interior courtyard, which is a nice touch.

There wasn't anything to not like.

Gentleman on reception was very helpful on arrival. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and garden area. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and again the staff were lovely.

The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet! The indoor pool was lovely though very warm on a hot day!

Great location, very close to excellent park and within walking distance of town centre. Also an easy few mins cycle to the lagoons close by, which are well worth a visit.

The hotel was nice and convenient. The junior suites are perfect for a one week-stay. The staff was kind and always ready to help.

Communication was at times difficult. English is mentioned as a possible language , but all of the people working there spoke Spanish only. The restaurant opens rather late in the evening and in the morning you need to wait for breakfast to start to get coffee. A vending machine would be a great idea for people who get up early

The atmosphere was really nice . It was quiet and relaxing, away from noise. Parking in front is a big convenience.

Amazing Hotel, pool was great, especially for little kids the water was untill their ankles. In summer there's dinner outside with an inflatable jumping Parc for kids.

The service in the restaurant is very bad and slow. Also, the organization of a wedding for 100+ people who screamed and danced with deafening music right in the hotel yard until 7.00 a.m was unpleasantly surprised.

This is not a new, rather tired hotel. But the beds are comfortable and the territory is good.

One small remark: The background music is not background, and the kind is not neutral… Less would be more.

Large, quite, clean room, good working airco, very nice modern hotel. Modern infrastructure, everything in excellent condition. Extensive breakfast. We also took the included diner. A description was missing, so it was a guess, but it exceeded our expectations: very complete, rich choice of nice dishes, and coffee and a glass of wine were offered free of charge. Nice small town to visit. Free, safe parking. Overall very fine experience for a surprisingly low price. Top q/price

As a lot of Spanish hotel, it is not super well sound proof and we could hear everything happening below us (restaurant being prepped for breakfast etc). The room was not as clean as expected (below bed we found some toys from previous children and dust).There is also no way to block light to sleep as it is not blind curtains.

The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. We missed them during the rest of our stay! The spa area is really nice and we enjoyed it with our son. The hotel is lovely, cute and nice spacious rooms.
