United KingdomOur room had a musty smell and whilst an air freshener was used it did t solve the root cause. Felt evening service should include fresh towels or more towels left during the day as they were quite thin. Bedroom was meant to be a KS bed but was two single beds.

UkraineSmall room (29), uncomfortable mattress, lack of free water every day, soundproofing leaves much to be desired, and sun-beds are hard to find after 9 am, there are too few of them if the hotel if full, like it was in August. The price was way too high for this type of accommodation but overall we enjoyed it very much.
Excellent breakfast, view out of the window, good service, helpful and welcoming staff, tennis court and access to the beach. The hotel arranged flamenco guitar and dancers one night and a classic guitar concert the other, which was something really special and enjoyable.

United KingdomPretty rules which was ridiculous. Sun bed area & not a large space at all, facing the sea was closed at 7pm, why? It is the most pleasant part of the day when not so hot to relax and enjoy the views. Also if you want a light snack, you don’t always want or pay for fine dining, La Teressa restaurant or go inside & eat at their other restaurant. You couldn’t get anything in the bar area outside after 6pm! Room service we were offered which was very limited on choices and expensive, how about chips or pizza or small salad on listing. Lastly, for the cost of the room, I was surprised just how small the room was. We had a double with full sea facing balcony but tiny wardrobes. Thankfully we were just 5 nights so not too many clothes but balcony nice. You would want a balcony as at least it gives you more space.
The location is superb, fabulous sea views and in by far the most attractive part of Port de Pollensa on the pine walk area.

United KingdomWe were excited for our meal at the restaurant La Terrassa for dinner, however it was a bit lack lustre. Service was a bit lacking and they forgot our young daughters meal. The premium price for the dinner didn't match the experience.
Location is stunning, right on the water and walking distance to restaurants. Buffet breakfast was a highlight with so many options, including mimosas! The kids pool area is lovely and you can order drinks via a QR code. The wellness spa was really nice for a relaxing time. Apartment rooms were well stocked for preparing simple meals. The room was very modern and clean, and the hotel common areas are simply beautiful.

United KingdomOne restaurant had a strict dress code which meant the other one was impossible to get a table in. Beds were hard so we had to get mattress toppers. No barhroom cupboards. Shower leaked all over the floor, not enough hooks to hang towels for 4 people.
It was clean, well maintained and great customer service. Pool attendants were militant which was a downside. In the apartments the maids were never given the time to wash dishes and never replaced our single kitchen towels, no drying rack. There is no dishwasher and no space for food storage
