Everything was perfect.

Great location , restaurants and bars are close by yet its in a quite safe area. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The pool was clean, big and not crowded. But the most important was the staff. They are very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Daniel who helped me in everything specially facilitating in renting a car. And the lady at the reception who took me with her in the taxi when it was hard to find a ride. Thank you very much.

For what was offered I felt like the price was way too high, there was nothing at all wrong with the property/food or staff, but it did feel very over priced once you factored in the taxes.

Staff were very welcoming though out the stay. Room was clean and well serviced. Location in a good spot, tucked away but close enough for walking distance to all ameneties.

Honestly nothing. The complimentary water, yes complimentary! Did get a bit warm in the days because it was so hot but honestly I’m being facetious Oh actually some of the music around the pool was a little annoying lol

This is in a magnificent location, 5 mins to the beach and Usuhia The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere. Those cleaners are doing and brilliant job. The attention to detail is faultless. The complimentary showers near the gym are so handy if you have a later flight. I also love that the people staying here are respectful. We didn’t hear shouting and laughing at all times of night/morning and considering this is Ibiza that’s rare. We were able to one of the lovely comfy double mattress sun beds each day too. No hogging and leaving towels and going off for hours. I slept peacefully the entire week. I would 100% recommend this hotel to my friends.

The only hiccup we had was not realising how expensive it would be to have our laundry done at the hotel (whoops), but we didn’t ask so that’s more on us than them!

Amazing pool area, right in the heart of Playa Den Bossa (but not right next to the clubs so you still get a great sleep). The staff went above and beyond to give you tips and tricks for your stay and to make sure you were comfortable. The rooms were soooo nice!

Everything! The apartment is well equipped and it’s perfect distance for the clubs! And the reception staff are super friendly and well knowledge. My special thanks to Evan for his suggestion for the clubbing tips and made me what to come back to Ibiza 👍🏻

What's not to like? Great location, super clean, good facilities, no outside noise for sleeping at night, availability of poolside loungers and bar to sun bathe with good music and a reasonably priced bar...and did I mention the friendly staff....honestly, great value for money (especially compared to Ushuaia where we stayed the previous time).

The only thing that didn't make this a 10/10 stay were the heat of the pool and jacuzzi. We came in April so obviously the pool isn't going to be hot. But surely the jacuzzi should be heated? We didn't put more than a hand into the water our entire stay and the pool area was a big reason why we booked.

Great rooms , walking distance to the beach . Fantastic staff! Patricia made everything amazing , gave all the info , all amenities to the beach . The breakfast is also very good .
