Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hotel was dated, they've spent money on advertising posters but this was not spent in the rooms. The beds were old with mattress toppers instead of mattresses, there were no sockets next to the bed and the bathroom smelt of damp dirty water
The hotel was fairly near the town

Clean and comfortable good breakfast. Right next to a Carrefour and bus stop into City Centre about 20 mins ride. Nice outdoor garden space with pool

Nothing to dislike.
Great location next to the main road but not noisy. Comfortable bed,good shower. Helpful host. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Very good value for money. Supermarket next door.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and we enjoyed one dinner in the hotel. There was also a good choice of breakfast. I am very surprised that this hotel is only rated as 2 star as it far exceeded the 4 star hotel we stayed at in Seville.

The only down side it was a little way from the town

It's an Ibis so it's not going to be plush but it was well thought out with a good shower room, comfortable bed, sockets in the right places and so on. Helpful and friendly staff. They offer food at any time - we had an evening meal and were really impressed with the quality. The breakfast was a bit more basic but adequate. No problem getting into and out of the car park. They also had EVs but they needed an app we didn't have, so we used the Tesla supercharger that's very close.

By law, it is not possible to turn on the air-conditioning in any hotel (Not their fault) but it would have been great to turn it on to cool the room a bit.

The breakfast really needs covered, there was flies swarming off stuff as soon as you lifted a spoon etc. building is very dated and could do with a revamp. Also hate when you leave the window open and the staff close it when they make up the room. Needs better AC too.
Staff were friendly. It was great location as we had a car - LUZ shopping complex 5 minutes away and was fantastic. As was free parking at the start of the old town. The hotel also had free parking. It was quiet and clean. Beds were comfy.

Some really small "light ants" in bedroom table, not nasty for us (but as well not welcome). Just good to know: room is very basic, two towels etc, but as we knew it, we got what we chose.
Good welcome! Well we chose Ibis, as we knew it's idea and we got that. Parking great plus! We stayd inner yard 1st floor, got good sleep. Breakfast understandable very basic but ok.

We had room 320 and there was a humming noise on the roof which meant we could not sleep

The location of hotel was a little away from center but could walk or catch a bus which was not too far away.
Good basic clean hotel. Staff extremely helpful, comfortable beds. Nice bonus of having a swimming pool.

The highway makes some noise and the carpet from the hallways could be switched to a new one, to eliminate smells and stains.
The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is old but is well taken care of and the staff is nice. The room was clean.
