Parking in the area can be a bit crazy

Nice pension close to the port of the city. The room was a bit tight for three but still manageable and they had good air conditioning. Beds are the best beds I've ever had in a hotel: firm mattresses, nice pillows.

There is no dedicated parking area for the hotel, need to park either in the street or open parking area a short distance away (which was completely full every day)

Spanish people are very loud, the walls were very thin you could hear even the farts! :) and the water form the toilet sounded like even the dead could hear it! Other than that, lovely place.

Very tiny walls. I could hear all what next door person saying or watching on TV. And parking is free around hotel but only if you can find a space. I been there in February and after 5 pm found only one place. Can not imagine what will happen there in July.

When you want to close the door it does a lot of noise. It is not comfortable at night.

Perfect place - in the centre. Great price for one night. Nice room and clean. The air conditioning also worked to warm up for a while, which came in handy on a December evening.

You need to turn on ( and Off) the warm water two places, but onde you find out - it is easy .

Nice staff and modest price in a charming part of Gandia ( or Gau as I think they call this part of Gandia ) , with lots of small cafės and restaurants , still not more than 500 meters from the Beach

As this is an old building,the lift and toilet system is VERY noisy,needs sound proofing. Also a kettle would be nice,even though there is a drink vending machine in lobby,it didn’t do just hot water.

Felt like the room was more for a single person bed against wall so difficult to get out of bed ,2 single towel no big towel, shower was so tiny just managed to have one but for overnight okay ,i like staying there but i now worry would get that room again .

The bed was too firm for my liking

The location was ideal - away from the busy beach but close enough to access. There were a lot of restaurants and mini shops nearby and near public transit. The room was bright and the outdoor space was an added bonus

The bathroom was quite small, and especially the shower was extra small, couldn't even turn. The walls are not sound proof at all, I could hear all noises in other rooms/in the hallways.

good location, many nearby cafes and restaurants, beach is also not too far by walk. I particularly liked that they use a code to open the doors, so you don't need to worry about losing your keys.

The aircon keep spewing out dirt when it's on. The shower stall is tiny and the taps ( 2 hot and 2 cold) need a little bit of fiddling before we figured it out.

Location is great as there's many facilities nearby.

Facilities are limited so no hairdryer (even from reception). A little noisy as the room keypads are loud. Hotel needs a sign. We arrived after 10pm so the building was closed, Google maps said we had arrived but nothing to give the door a name! There was a number to contact on the door but nothing else.

Basic room but clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. 1 minutes walk from a free car park and close to the beach and restaurants. Use a keypad to get into the building and the same number for your room.

The hotel is very old and the rooms require a lot of maintenance in their plumbing, we have been there several times and it shows that the hot water is not working well, and the bathtubs need replacement because they are already too old, the smell of the pipes is noticeable in any room we have been in. In short, they need to change what is already in poor condition.

I was with my wife for four nights, at first the room was very small and there was a problem with the hot water, in the end the last 2 nights they changed us to a more comfortable room. The location is excellent, the hotel is in the downtown area, walking you can get anywhere

The room doors bang and reverberate through the hotel. Also the toilet and showers from the other rooms can be very loud with the water running down (my room was on floor 1) My room door didn't really close very well - I was in the room and the door just opened on its own due to air pressure (presumably from other people opening or closing their doors) so I discovered I had to really make the door click when closing it which wasnt obvious at all. Fortunately this happened with me in the room otherwise you can imagine coming back to a room with the door open! (although it all feels safe) The outside can also get noisy, I imagine in high season it must be quite noisy. But for my short stay this was good.

For higher season this location would be excellent. I stayed here end Nov and the area is fairly quiet but you do have some cafés next door etc. I can imagine during summer this is all incredibly active so the location would be privileged. The room was very clean. The reception staff was very friendly and even gave me early access to the room since it was ready anyway.
