i booked on booking.com and paid more for a view of the sea but the view was facing inwards i asked to change the room but they said there was none availble

Rooms where we stayed are tiny beds comfy walk right out onto everything for holidays great place but for room size fair did not eat in the facilities. No little welcome pack even just for a cuppa when people arrive.

Rooms are very old, they need new look. Bar is working until 1 at night and its so loud outside.

First of all I like the location because train station is really near, city center also and a lot of stores and markets. Beach is also across the Hotel. Staff is friendly and very nice. Food is also fine but nothing slecial.

Would have liked to know that drinks were not included. The bed was hard but the worst but not horrible was that you could hear everything from your room. Upstairs, downstairs, the disco, the next rooms, the people in the hallways.

We only paid 45 euros total for two people with dinner and breakfast and was quite amazed. There was a disco which a lot of people were dancing in, the dinner buffet was ok, the breakfast nothing special but again, what more can you ask for? The shower pressure was good and got hot really quick. It's also right on the walkway next to the beach. Great location.

On the downside, it’s clear that the hotel requires some renovation. The rooms, squeaky beds, non-working fridge, and dated bathrooms all give away its age. But honestly, when you’ve come for the sun and the sea, you can still enjoy your stay despite these small flaws.

Our family stayed at the hotel for 7 days, and it was our very first visit to Spain. For a 3-star property, the hotel turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise. The staff in the restaurant, bar, and room service were always friendly, and the reception ladies were genuinely helpful, ready to offer advice and assistance whenever we needed it. The food exceeded our expectations, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it unmistakably clear that we were in Spain. Our children loved the evening discos organized by the animators, even though the program tended to repeat itself.

This is exceptionally basic. Very out dated property. Poor facilities. There were ants crawling all around the room. A fridge that didn’t work. A leak in the ceiling in reception. Staff were ok. But dismissive at times. Found the hotel poor and would not rebook if visiting again.

The rooms were outdated, we got no sleep due to other sports teams kicking our doors continuously every night, it was resolved on the last night when I had to go down to reception. This was a problem affecting everyone as we witnessed an altercation where the police had to be called . The breakfast was awful and I was trying from day 1 to locate to another hotel.
