Unfortunately, we weren’t impressed with the restaurant food, and with no other nearby dining options, we felt a simple sandwich at the bar might have been a better choice. Awful to understand that the owners are taking the tips from the waiters, that is really bad practice and shouldn't be allowed at all.

We stopped here for a night while passing through Burgos, and the location was convenient with parking available. The room was a good size, very clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a restful night.

I was impressed with the operation. Efficient and helpful reception staff. Good bar and restaurant. Nice breakfast. It was hot while I was there. Even with the key card out of the slot by the door, the aircon stayed on - quite rare in my experience.

I feel like the last couple of times we have stayed, the rooms could do with a refurbishment, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and its a shame as the accommodation is well worth what we pay - thank you

The breakfast was lovely, I like that you can serve yourself and if you need anything the staff are extremely helpful. The bed was super comfy and clean.

But you can’t think more further than that, only to sleep and take a shower. The staff are not that kind, no coffee in the “cafeteria”, something broken on the coffee machine. The breakfast is quite limited, and the food… well probably you can find better quality that that price in Spain

Front of house staff,Vanessa was great and really helpful-nice :) the bar was great and the restaurant was fine for the fare on offer.The hotel is adjacent to the A62 so very good for all point navigation to anywhere you might be headed-Santander ferry etc...Shell garage behind the hotel also had a handy store for the basic provisos and as a whole was very good even though renovation was ongoing at the time.

Very poor light in bathroom. Shower has mould or rust round bottom of shower. The staff are excellent, and always so helpful. However, although requested, the heating wasn't put on until the evening and we were cold! Once the heating was on it was fine.
