United KingdomThe reception does not reflect the rest of the hotel and could do with renovating! No other facilities in the hotel like a bar or for breakfast; although there is a lovely cafe next door that also has seating outside.

UkraineWe took a room without breakfast so no coffee was provided in the hotel but there was a good coffee shop next door. The big bed is just two beds are put together. The pedal in the garbage can was broken (it looks like it's been broken for a long time). It is not convenient to get in and out of the shower and it does not close completely.

Everything about this hotel is great. I stay there everytime I visit Lleida. It is close to everything, and especially the shopping area, lots of great cafes and it also overlooks the rives that passes through the town. I would stay in this hotel again. It is authentic and unlike new generation hotels it is very nostalgic and well kept and clean and friendly.

The hotel is literally in the city center and it is next to a river with a very nice promenade. The bathroom was really spacey with a double sink which we really liked. There is a cleaning service that makes beds and changes towels every day which is nice and the reception on the ground floor is working 24/7 which is great if you come in late or early morning :)

SpainBear in mind the "cheapest" or simple room does not admit dogs, so if you are travelling with your pet, you should book the room with a balcony. It was not stated clearly on Booking, so had to pay extra on site for the upgrade.

PortugalThe breakfast was very poor. Few variety of products. After 3 nights, the fruit available was still the same from the first day, denoting it was already not good to eat.
The location is absolutely perfect. Very close to the train station and at the centre of the city. The employees at the reception are very nice. The room is very clean, it has plenty of space and the noise and climatic conditions are good.
