United KingdomUnfortunately there was no restaurant or bar within the hotel. You had to go across the road for breakfast & your evening meal. It was a set meal 3 courses & a beer or glass of wine for €30 per head. The food wasn’t that great though. You only had a couple of choices and you could tell the food was being kept warm under a heat lamp until the waiter got round to serving your table. My sea bass was barely cooked & the sauce on top very dry with horrible black undercooked sliced potatoes with no vegetables! Such a shame that the restaurant is run this way but I guess it does get very busy & it makes their life easier to just keep bringing out the same food which is on that menu for that day! My top tip would be to go to The Casino Bar, which is just a little further up the road. The food is a lot better and they had a man playing an organ from 10pm. Lots of lovely Spanish couples dancing. It was so nice to see them enjoying themselves.
The hotel was clean & modern. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Lots of things to choose from at the help yourself counters. Plus hot scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon & even cava to go with your orange juice!

United KingdomWould be better if hotel check-in was earlier than 3pm say 1pm to get more benefit of the facilities. Also the snack bar was closed and the restaurant wasn't serving food after 4pm which is disappointing given we couldn't check in until 3pm. Would be good if all day service was available.
The location and general atmosphere of the SPA complex - its like a small village. We have been several times and stayed at 2 out of the 3 hotels there. The pool area is great and it wasn't overly crowded as off season.

United KingdomThe attitude of the staff in the Agua restaurant was appalling and the food was cold in both the Agua restaurant and the restaurant in the hotel Leon. We actually lodged a complaint with the hotel about the Agua restaurant staff. Very good selection for breakfast.
The setting was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Spa facilities were great. The front desk staff in the Hotel Levante were polite and very helpful.

United KingdomThe food provided as full and half board via the room booking was expensive and quite mediocre overall. Felt like they knew they had a captive audience and didn’t need to try very hard. I would suggest ordering off the menu from the beach bar or Casino instead as it’s likely better value for money.
The hotel room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Spa area was lovely. Water temperatures warm and relaxing. The outside pools were a treat on a cold and rainy day.

United KingdomOn our first day we had no hot water in our hotel room when we got back from the spa at about 4pm. The spa area has plenty of showers so we should of maybe showered and washed our hair there before going back to the hotel.
We have a lovely experience. I treated a friend for her 60th and booked an overnight stay. Our Hotel was lovely and luckily for us our room was ready when we arrived at about 1pm. We decided to go straight into the spa area which was not over busy so really enjoyed our first visit. If you stay overnight you have robes you can use and quite acceptable to walk around the complex in your robes and flip flops. If you have a padlock bring with you as will need one if you want to use a locker in the spa area. There are outdoor pools and an indoor area which has a lazy river which was actually more of a fast river so was great fun. We didn't go for any treatments or paid for the extra spa area and so can't comment on these facilities and services. We walked into the town which is not that far and flat and well lit at night and managed to find somewhere to eat at 5pm as most places only serving drinks until 7.30pm which is quite normal. We had breakfast the following day at the hotel which was great, lots of choice and really enjoyed.

United KingdomThe only down side was the Dinner in the evenings. It was very ‘hit’ and ‘miss’. Soup based dishes were delicious and anything freshly cooked like salmon, however vegetables were often cooked to death and soggy with no flavour. So we selected dishes based on minimal sides of veg unfortunately. The menu was in English, which was great, however again we had to decipher what the dish could actually be. For example, ‘jacket potatoes’ was in fact boiled potatoes with their skin on. Rice and Rabbit was Paella. But this wasn’t a massive issue and we understood there could be language barriers when translating onto paper the daily menu. The main thing was that the staff were very friendly and polite.
Everything is situated on one site which is wonderful and makes it so much easier to attend booked appointments for treatments. All the pools are lovely and warm like Bath temperature. Everyone is helpful and friendly, even when they can’t speak English, they will try their best to help.

CanadaThe spa pools were good, but in need of some maintenance. A balcony was listed in the reservation, but this was a little misleading, with a small Juliet window being the balcony.
The room was clean and comfortable, the evening ambiance around the place was great. Very peaceful and relaxing. The staff at the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and helpful.

SpainNothing really. AC was a little noisy, but on the flip side we didn’t hear anything from other guests, no doors banging or noises from rooms.
All the staff were lovely, from the time we arrived until we left. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast. We were just doing a one night stopover on our travels and happy we went. It’s like a mini village and found it super chill; loved people toddling around in their white bathrobes, off for a swim, a spa treatment or just a cold beer. We didn’t, but everyone was just doing their own thing. We’d go back.
