How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel near autovia. It's comfortable to arrive and to depart. In the hotel is pool, was surprised by meal in restaurant. In the room are air-conditioning but don't find fridge. Bed is comfortable, in the room is clear.

Limited toiletries in bathroom but adequate. Breakfast arrangements a little confusing as the area for the pre-paid buffet breakfast appeared to be closed off...but it was open but restricted by airport style bands. Nobody there to explain though...
Pretty organised & functional as a one night stopover. Receptionist very helpful & spoke English. Restaurant is good value especially if you want the menu del dia.

The hotel is right on the A7 which is perfect for an overnight stop on a long journey. Exactly what we were looking for. We booked the superior double which was at the back on the ground floor with a second door leading into the private car park, which I would recommend, and we were travelling with a dog so we could take him outside without having to go through the main area of the hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone looking for an overnight stopover.

Hotel is a bit difficult to find when driving, some more indications on surrounding roads would be really great to have
Nice pit-stop hotel for those who travel by car - close to highway, with good restaurant downstairs, reasonable price for one-night stay. Beware when you order in the restaurant - dishes are generously large and delicious!

If you want an authentic road house experience this place is wonderful. Filled with fellow travellers and local people it has a great atmosphere and offers fantastic value for money. Full restaurant menu after 20.00hrs, comfortable room and friendly staff.

The power outage meant that there was no water, which was beyond the hotel's control. The lack of WiFi was due to the power outage too. None of this was the hotel's fault.
There was a power outage throughout Spain, and the hotel staff dealt with it admirably by powering up a generator. We like this hotel, and hope to stay there again.

This is a perfect stopover, it has everything. A sunny bar for a weary traveller, a good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Fuel and shop next door. Great breakfast buffet. We always look forward to staying here.

Didn’t like the shower, did not work very well, the body/hair shampoo provided did not work at all.
The room was ok, bed very comfy. Hairdryer provided Breakfast was good, plenty of choice for €7pp

Rooms Lacked life. Very bland room, a pictures or 2 etc, Food (Dinner)was not that great either. Breakfast was ok.
They gave us a room with a door that open to area that we could bring our dog out.

Difficulty with Sat Nav finding the hotel, it took us about an hour longer than it should have

Booking . com directions lead us into the centre of Cambrils which was ten minutes drive from the actual hotel. We were fortunate enough to get directions from a young English speaking Spaniard which helped us greatly otherwise we would have been searching for hours. The exact street location is required to help locate the hotel more easily. Could hear other people walking about in the rooms above.
The room was clean and comfortable with a good hot shower. We paid for the secure parking and there was a door from our room directly into the car park which was very useful. when unloading luggage etc. The hotel is very dog friendly and our dog was allowed into the restaurant area with us. The staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast provided .The hotel is quite new looking and very clean.
