Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room is not worth 30% of what I paid for!! The room was too small. Didn’t match the photos. I would not have stayed if I saw the room in reality! Furniture old and outdated. Too much noises around .. you hear them all times. Not very good view from the room.

There was hair all over the bed and in the bathroom there was a razor blade cap abandoned in the shower, I imagine the last guest took a shower, shaved and the bathroom hasn't been cleaned since. The bathroom floor also had a lot of dirt stains and even after it was cleaned after we complained, the stains remained there.
The staff are really polite and they tend to do requests promptly.

SpainAs it was very hot in Madrid, I would have appreciated a small fridge to keep cold drinks. I was staying in a room at the back of the property across the patio. The room itself was ok but the wifi connection was weak and sometimes I couldn’t get it at all. The connection was fine in the main part of the hotel.
I found all the female staff friendly, polite and helpful. It was handy for my purpose in Madrid. A nice simple old-style hotel. The AC worked well so I had a good night’s sleep.
