We arrived at 1930, went to try and get dinner in the hotel restaurant around 2000. The manager said they couldn't seat us until 2155 as the restaurant was full - it is a huge restaurant and we could see that there were only a handful of people eating but the manager insisted he couldn't fit us in. Seemed a little unreasonable.

Receptionist was very helpful, car parking was secure. Breakfast was very nice.

This is a very large hotel and quite a walk with motorcycle gear and luggage. Restaurant gets booked up quickly

The room, whilst being huge in proportion, was more like something from a murder scene. Smashed in wardrobes, stained carpets, and 70's fixtures. I have never seen such badly soiled carpets.

The hotel is great, the place is more of a resort, really. Large outdoor pool and acres of space inside and out.

Location is a bit outside of the town. Not much around the area.

Dated decor. The evening restaurant opens at 8pm. Swimming pool doesn’t open until 11.30am. There was supposed to be an all day cafe but it didn’t seem to serve any food, and outside at the pool bar they didn’t seem to have any of the ice creams the kids asked for

the bathtub didn't run water properly and it was not fixed even that it was promised.

The facilities are as advertised, well presented and with a friendly staff. The pool is nice and the breakfast was complete and varied. Plenty of parking space.

We couldn’t get a table for dinner on the first night of arrival, which was disappointing - we should have booked in advance. The lobby bar was not open. Very limited choice of drinks available from the poolside bar.

Wonderful pool area with plenty of shade. Great selection for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our only disappointment was around the pool. We stayed in August when the temperature was 37-40 degrees and the pool didn’t open until 1130 am each day. Not ideal particularly with children who would have benefitted from a cooler morning swim. Also, the pool bar did not open while we were there and we left at 2pm. Not impressed with this as we all needed drinks to stay hydrated in the heatwave and no one bothered to open it.

Rooms were very clean and spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffet due to the freshness of the food and variety offered. The pool itself was very clean and it was great having a smaller area for my baby, also plenty of good quality sunbeds that could be put in the shade.

We loved the pool- catered for all age groups. Half of the pool was shallow enough that our 4 year old could stand in it. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool side bar was an added bonus!

Like in many hotels we stayed, also this one did not provide enough power outlets in the room to charge phones and tablets. This is the only point of improvement.

We experienced a problem in the room with an broken airconditioning and without hesitation changed our room to fix the problem. Staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

We weren't informed that we needed to reserve a table in the restaurant and on our second night we decided to dine in but there was no availability and no apology given

It wasn't walkable for us to get to the historic part of Toledo. The air conditioning and lights kept getting turned off because the head of the bed was pushed up against all the switches on the wall. It was nothing I have ever seen before. The switches were directly behind the pillow. Once we realized, we just moved the pillows over. Wifi was spotty in our room.

We booked this last minute and felt the price was very fair. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice that it had a bar in the hotel. The pool looked great, but for us, it was too hot (100°F) to be at the pool with no shade.
