SpainThis is something that happens in every hotel but I would like to mention it. Every morning the cleaning staff was making so much noise starting from 7.30 in the morning in order to wake up us to clean that we really felt that we was in the army. This is something that the management should t ake care about. In Majjorca you come to rest and feel Tranquillity and not wake up at 7.30 !!!!! in order the cleaning staff clean your room they can clean it at 9.30. This is not our problem. Any way over all a good hotel choice
It was a very nice choice close to the city center in a very quiet street. 5 minutes away from the sea. A great 15-minute walk to the city center and very close to super narkets. The staff was very kind and in general it was a very nice stay.

SlovakiaRoom deserves refurbishing, a bit run-down amenities, sound isolation not good, could hear people clearly speaking in the corridor and door smashing didn't help. At 7am plumber started working in the neighbouring room, quite noizy, couldn't continue sleeping any longer.
Very good and quiet location, a nearby bus stop running city centre services every few minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

JapanAs the rooms were situated close to one another, I was occasionally disturbed by sounds from neighbouring rooms and the corridor (especially during midnight and/or very early morning).
Staff (receptionist and cleaners) are very mindful, friendly, and helpful! - I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the room regardless of whether I left early in the morning or in the afternoon. Thanks to that, I had a clean towel and could shower comfortably every day. If you’d like to take a taxi to the city centre, the fastest and most reliable option is to ask the receptionist, rather than using Uber or a local taxi App. The city centre is also accessible by bus (routes 4 or 46).

The hotel took some finding as it was in a back street area and I was on foot, attempting to use public transport from the airport. Owing to mobility issues I found some difficulty climbing back and forth uphill from the bus stop. Breakfast was adequate although most of the hot food was cooled after being out on the buffet. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room facilities are acceptable. The weather was stormy for most of my stay so that didn't help. At least there was a choice of local restaurants in a lower to medium price range.

United KingdomWe were given a very warm welcome and had been allocated a very quiet room, as requested. Everything was spotlessly clean. We found the location perfect for our visit to the Auditorium and enjoyed walking through Palma old town. Our only disappointment was the breakfast drinks! Given that Mallorca produces so many oranges it is a great shame that real orange juice was not available; instead there was some kind of orange-flavoured drink. This dilute concentrate was dreadful. Similarly, the coffee from a machine was not acceptable. Freshly made cafetiere coffee should be provided, as used to be the case in Spanish hotels. The rest of the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is 3 star; the drinks were 0 star.
