Air conditioning in the rooms are very outdated and the nights where because of that warm.

Clean and tidy rooms with a very good matras. Very nice spa and a restaurant that has a very good cuisine. Very responsive reception.

A couple of the bar staff could have made a bit more effort to be friendly! The air con in the room was a little out-dated

The rooms were clean and spacious and the daily supply of bottled water was a nice touch. The majority of the staff went that extra mile to help with issues and requests. The breakfast selection was very good and with quality products, however, the lack of variation became a little monotonous after a few days. The spa was very relaxing after a long days walk and the local beach on your doorstep was great for a bit of surfing and body boarding. The location of the hotel was 20 mins from Orio station and an easy commute into San Sebastian/Zarautz. There is a good pizza/pasta restaurant directly across the road as well as some excellent fish restaurants in Orio town centre. We would stay again.

All was perfect!

Breakfast was excellent, as was the marine experience we enjoyed at the hotels facilities. Bedroom was perfect, bed was super comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Super underground parking. Would we stay again - yes without a doubt! Great hotel

Not a huge issue but a possible improvement. Asking clientele if they'd like a man or a woman as a masseuse before the treatment. Just to offer the choice.

Very open all round so no sheltered place to sit outside.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely clean room with large balcony. Very good breakfast. Fantastic spa with 6 different pools. Wonderful massage. Walking distance into the town.

The welcome was great, the staff were really pleasant. We got a lovely room with a sea and mountain view. It was our wedding anniversary and there was a nice bottle of cava in the room. They were very thoughtful. Breakfast was good and the Thalassotherapy spa was very relaxing. We used the spa every day. The location was great as it had a beach, walks, several restaurants and some nice bars in the immediate location. Plus it was a 20 minute drive into the centre of San Sebastian from there.

The room was on the smaller side, and I found the car parking to be quite tight and expensive. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, with bread quality not up to the standard I expected.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, especially because of the excellent Thalasso facilities and its proximity to the beach. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
