How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing to do around the hotel, kind a middle of nowhere.. No restaurant etc in the hotel or near by. Only snacks in reception and breakfast

A bit far from the city center, but if you are driving is ok.
Large room, quiet, clean and comfortable. Tesla supercharger on the property entrance.

Although the hotel is very clean... some mold was found on the air vents...
Very quiet hotel. In between of the Woods and a research area. Tesla and car charger just next to the hotel is a big extra! Very helpfull staff!

I don't like it at night we couldn't seelp because had mosquitos bite me and my daughter but in my opinion please next time make sure for all the mosquitos not in the room, for people can enjoy more to stay in the B&B hotels
I like the room that is good and big for a family to stay. Very comfortable and always clean. Also, the cleaner comes every morning to clean and tidy up all the beds and change our towels, too. 😊 very good. The people at the reception are very friendly too, they can speak English which is good for us to understand. The hotels by car to the city of Barcelona only 25min if not traffic. If traffic will take 30min by car.

Reception staff was quite slow to check me in. When I went to book the breakfast, there was a discrepancy in the price advised via direct message with the hitel staff and the published price. However, the staff at reception doubted me despite showing the email that was not signed by the staff. They did honour the price in the end. The director on the other hand was a very nice and charming person.
Property was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The log in for the wifi did not realy work smooth but since we only stayed one night it did not realy bother us.
It was perfectly located on our way to France. We were searching for a place for one night, and we had a great stay. Water and Coffee is for free the whole time. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very rich and good.

this hotel is far from supermarket and bars, you need to use the only one near or need a car

There are limited food options near the hotel but taking the bus to the city centre you find excellent restaurants.
Great location for a business stay. Hotel was fantastic, had a great view of the surrounding beautiful nature and landscape. Really great and spacious rooms. Had a great stay.

Everyday when the cleaners came they only left 1 towel. We were 2 people so we would prefer 1 for each person.

Everything was good for us, but if someone does not have a vehicle, it’s a bit out of the way to get there.
It was clean, and a huge bonus was to have parking, breakfast in the morning, and a ground floor room.

Staff was amazing and accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The walk to the train to get into town is not bad and is in a safe area. The train is easy to navigate and in about 25 minutes you are in the heart of Barcelona. I would stay here again for my next trip.

Large room! Bed bit hard but okay. Taller beds then most hotels. Price is super. Superchargers outside for EV. Breakfast is good! Would come here again. PS bathroom needs renovating though. Old and bit broken.

The room had a fridge and a microwave, but no kitchenware—not even a glass, fork, or spoon. This was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would recommend it for a short stay.
Hotel located in a quiet area and offers a stunning view of the mountains. Parking is available right next to the hotel. Another great perk was the option to store luggage, which was really helpful and its free. This is an excellent place to stay if you're traveling by car.

Great location right off the motorway. Dog friendly and a good area to walk the dogs in the grounds. Fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good. Great value stay. Lovely staff Very quiet and clean Comfortable bed Opening windows !
