How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They didn't had a iron and the city coming back at night you feel quite unsafe because there is no ligth and from the bus you need to go through a tunnel that feels unssafe too. But in car it should be good.
Size of the rooms were really good. We had quite a lot great light entering it was pleasant. The staff was really welcoming and helpfull. Security of the entrance of the hotel was good. Had a nice time there.

Free parking where we felt comfortable leaving a car without worry of damage is in rather short supply. However, there is a private garage for the cost of 15€/night.
A short drive from San Sebastián and easily accessible. This hotel was comfortable, clean, and had aircon accommodation during the August heatwave.

The hotel allows dogs and we even got a welcome gift for our dog which was very nice. There is also free public parking. Nice breakfast with a lot of options. The room was okay but with no view.

I would have liked to have had a glass in the bathroom for mouth rinsing....I am British so tea and coffee and a kettle go a long way but understand this isn't a european thing. All in all very good, clean and comfortable room.
the bed was huge and comfortable and my dog was felt to feel very welcome with a little welcome gift. Location great with alot of amenities within walking distance. Good soundproofed windows and even a balcony.

Shower was leaking, 18€ for the dog is a bt expensive because there was not a dog bed or towel. They could improve that but is a good place to stay anyway,

Hotel located about 8km from San Sabastian in a busy non-tourist area. Access is not easy. The breakfast cost 13.50€/person is really excessive
Good comfort, welcome , hotel "European standards". The basic price is low (63 € in October)

The location is not really Pilgrim friendly. But that is partially my fault. I should’ve recognize that.

I just think that the hotel rooms should have a light on the roof and not only the side bed tables reading lights! The darkness is perfect to sleep, but when we need to wake-up really early to continue our drive, the light on the room is not enough to find our stuff!
We've traveled so many times with our little dog and this hotel is always our choice to stop in order to rest! Every year we drive from Germany to Portugal and then back, and this is the place we stay! it's directly on the way, comfortable, huge comfortable beds, clean, and most important, accepts dogs for a fair cost and we can leave our car inside of the parking lot as well, for a fair price! Never had problems regarding noises, despite the neighborhood is always full of young people, so the isolation is pretty good.

Little bit far from San Sebastián, you need to go by car.
Spacious room with a huge double bed, everything was clean and you have all day free coffee/tea in the living room!

Location is convenient for access to main roads but is a bit far from other conveniences such as a variety of restaurants and shops.
Rooms are very big and quite modern and confortable. They accept pets.

You need to get there before the restaurants around are busy. We were late so had to park in the secure parking, which cost.
Everything was fantastic. They were working on improving the reception, but it did not affect the stay. They offered a free breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. We took our dog, absolutely no problem. There is a big supermarket over the road, luckily, as we had forgotten the EU to UK socket converter.

The check-in was slow and only one guy was taking care of all the people and the queue.It is a bit ridiculous having to wait 40 min for the check-in.
