It seems that the place is more focused on hosting events rather than providing a high standard for overnight stays. For example, our room didn’t have proper bathroom ventilation, one of the two windows had the glass sealed shut and couldn’t be opened, while the other was very hard to lift, something that could be impossible for an older person. The bed was comfortable, but it seems that, possibly to protect the mattress from dirt, they left the plastic cover on. This made it quite noisy when moving during the night, potentially disturbing a light sleeper. Breakfast is a good extra, especially considering there are no nearby options, so it's recommended to include it. However, while it offers some variety, the quality isn’t great, in particular, the juices are industrial and very sugary. There are only a few tables available for breakfast, so it’s best to go early before it gets crowded.

The location in the mountains is really charming, surrounded by nature, and has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The pool is well maintained, and overall, you can tell it's a family-run business, which gives it a warm and personal touch.

Mobile network coverage in room was poor, wifi was ok.

Historic house, nice shared areas. Nice, clean room with tasteful interior. Good breakfast. 200m from the nearest bus stop.

Bit of a confusion with keys...we were told they'll be in a security box, as we were checking in past 8pm, which took us a while to locate, only to find out they're not there so had to call and wait for someone to show up and hand over the keys.

It's a nice complex, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but good. It's really close to jardin canaria which is a nice place to visit but not much else around (definitely recommend bringing some drinks/food as there's no grocery shop/restaurant close by).

The beds were not great. You can feel the coils of the mattress. Also coffee machine constantly breaking.

There was nowhere to get any food that was not a drive away, and we had just flown in late from UK. The hotel was not doing food. We were directed to the local sports club where we were able to get a beer and some chips! Just not what we would have chosen when tired and hungry!

The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a selection of juice, meats, cheese and fruit. Good coffee!

Internet was pretty hit and miss during our stay. Not a reflection on the hotel, at all, but be aware there aren’t any restaurants in walking distance to the hotel—especially if walking back after dark. So, be prepared to drive. We bought food during the day and used the hotel microwave, which worked out perfectly!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this charming property. It’s indeed an older, historic property, and that’s part of the charm. Everything was spotlessly clean. The grounds are nice to explore with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the surrounding scenery and fresh air. At night it’s very quiet. We were here in January and didn’t need any heating. Breakfast was very good. We especially liked the 24-hour access to the coffee machine in the breakfast room.

The owner went out of her way to accommodate to my dietary restrictions / food allergy. The room was large, clean and had a comfy bed and nice deck. There is more than enough parking space. We really loved the hotel cat and her three kittens!

No bar, no restaurant and the nearest one was 3.5 miles away so a car is a must, pool was in poor condition and freezing. The whole place needed redecorating.

No attractions in the area nearby. Also the roads to get there are very narrow and steep.

Nice hotel in peaceful location, has spacious parking. Great choice for those travelling by car and looking for a place to sleepover for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Basic but tasty breakfast. Big room and bathroom, fairly clean but could be freshed up/renovated a bit.

This hotel is in quiet area that offers plenty of parking space. It has a huge roof terrace with nice views. Our room was large and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was generous and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

It’s worth choosing a slightly more expensive option, as my cheapest choice turned out to be less comfortable. It was a very dark room with a small window, and the lack of automatic ventilation forced us to keep the door open at times, which unfortunately compromised our privacy.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a high standard of hygiene. The breakfast is fresh, varied, and offers plenty of options. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.

Doors and windows not very well isolated, meaning that you could hear easily what is happening outside of the room. Entrance to the parking of the Hotel is a little bit hidden in a narrow street.

I liked everything, the position, lovely place and beautiful rural hotel. Great breakfast and the staff very helpful. It is very suggested to stay in this hotel and enjoy this island.

We had two issues the pool though lovely was in a poor state, many mosaics were loose or missing. The noise from outside - people talking kept us up on a few occasions.

Breakfast was ok but often ran out of hot food. The 24 hour coffee machine was excellent.
