The concierge was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the bd was comfortable but I think I prefer the bathrooms outside the bedroom as my bed was super close to the bathroom.

More like a hotel than an albergue, so limited laundry and kitchen.

Receptionist who checked me in was so nice and informative! It’s only 6 bunk beds per room with two full bathrooms. Such a luxury after albergue living! Comfortable and clean beds.

Everything was clean, but was missing a bed sheet to cover. There was just a blanket that was too hot to use since no air conditioner in the room. Opened the window during the night together with mosquitos 😄

The location is excellent, the hotel is small and simple but makes the best of its available space. Staff are friendly and hospitable, housekeeping is excellent. Our room was small but all we expected for a budget stay midst a 4 months trip. Clean, comfortable, secure and in a great spot.

Bathroom was very 70s, with a padded toilet seat which is a hygiene nightmare! Door of the room was very flimsy and mishapen - had obviously been broken in to at some point.

Very kind reception guy, he even offered me a coffee while waiting for my room. Location is unbeatable. For sure it's not a luxury hotel, the place feels a bit old, but indeed it gives it character, particularly the reception and the clock walls with different cities times. Very good value for money ratio.

Breakfast is really simple. It is prepared by the people there, and not a buffet. This means that there is a risk that big eaters will not have enough to eat.

Friendly people at the front desk, very helpful. The hotel is also close to the port, meaning the location is brilliant if you like seeing the waterfront.

There was nothing really to dislike. The only little thing perhaps was that the room was a little bit cramped. However, I was only there to shower, change and sleep and the room was cosy and clean

Great Central location near both the port as well as bars and restaurants. Room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed - good amount of sockets especially by mirrors and bed, hairdryer, plenty of storage and despite being on my own, a nice large and comfortable bed. I even had a small balcony. I was surprised to see the addition of shower/ wash gel supplied in the bathroom which you wouldn't necessarily expect from a 3 star hotel. All in all great value for money.

Since my main goal was rest - I could not make up for it. The walls are very thin, and my neighbor turned out to be the most unsuitable. All night until 6-7 in the morning he watched TV loudly (different programs, changed the sound volume all the time) and coughed loudly. Wifi didn't work at all, which is just as important for a tourist.

I arrived in Vigo very tired and booked a hotel to sleep and relax. The location is excellent, the staff is polite. I liked the view from the balcony and the big bed. It was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to leave my bag for a couple of hours after checkout. But..
