People reserve pool chairs ALL day and never use. Most resorts move them after 30 minutes if nobody is around.

Check-in is mind numbingly slow (both times i've stayed). No free water feels very tight. Then small things, bathroom soaps are not as premium as they could be, no robes. Beach is a bit sea weedy.

It was not well appreciated that after we booked and paid for a twin room on booking.com that the hotel replied that this room configuration was subject to availability, a position that was reiterated when I contacted them directly. This caused stress in the run up to the holiday, as we needed a twin room. It was completely unnecessary as a twin room was available. It was also a bit unprofessional, as it was fundamentally a term of the booking made. There were a couple of small customer service issues during our stay (a towel belonging to me being taken accidentally from the room and never returned and errors in the items listed under our room service bill) that could have been dealt with more effectively. The a la carte food is strongly Italian themed. It was nice but got a little repetitive by the end of the week. Also it was decent but not great quality for the price.

We had a great stay overall. The facilities are lovely, especially the pool area. The view from the pool is beautiful and the overall vibe is great. We were happy that despite going in high season, it was not difficult to get loungers by the pool. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the events that the hotel put on, including a fun outdoor cinema evening. The room was nice and cleaned to a high standard every day. The interactions with staff were polite and respectful and the service was consistently good quality.

However, bathroom items took too long to be replenished (sometimes we had to ask twice). Considering we paid nearly €350 per night, the coffee capsules were not replaced daily – something we’ve never experienced elsewhere, even in hotels at half the price. Also, there was only one staff member at the egg station, which meant long waiting times.

The design was beautiful with a retro 1960s Italian vibe, the room was clean, the location was quiet, and breakfast was good.

When the rooms were cleaned each day we didn’t get any fresh towels or toilet paper. We had to ask which was annoying. Restaurant next to the pool could do with a fan or two as there was no way of cooling down whilst having your meal. Cleanliness of pool could be improved.

Large comfortable beds and nice balcony with good views out to sea. Relaxed atmosphere and food available in restaurant and at breakfast was great. Drinks service around the pool was nice and access onto beach gave an added bonus to the stay.

Charged a lot for a late check out . The poolside staff were a little aloof and abrupt sometimes but nothing major. Just for the money one would expect them to be a bit more polished

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I highly recommend it! Public parking is available right next to the hotel (we always had space at any time). The staff are very attentive and helpful. The decoration of the hotel, the swimming pool, the choice of cocktails by the pool, the breakfast, everything was very good, nothing to complain about. If you want to enjoy a quiet place that's close to a very charming little town with plenty of restaurant choices, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. We loved it!

The late night bar was only open Friday and Saturdays, no room service throughout the night or any ability to even buy drinks past 11 oclock. Fairly quiet property with the same music on repeat throughout the day.

Amazing stay at Mongibello Ibiza! I never rate hotels with 10 - but this hotel has really exceeded our expectations! Room is immaculate, sheets sparkling white, the overall design is fabulous, the attention to detail is insane, pool and amenities fantastic, food was varied and great for breakfast. It felt like we stepped into a Vogue cover spread for the whole time we stayed there! Absolutely gorgeous! They even have a pillow menu! We upgraded the room to a suite with sea view for extra 120 euro/night. Best decision we ever made. I think we spent first hour, just taking pictures of the place! Gorgeous! Private sun loungers on the terrace and outside private shower. And absolutely it's all in the theme.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Spacious and light and airy. Fantastic view from the bedroom. Facilities great. Little beach nearby is handy, as is the local supermarket. Breakfast is good. It's a pleasant walk into Santa Eularia over the little bridge. Takes about 15 minutes. It's a great hotel.

The only issue really was noise, we were maybe unlucky but someone had a party in the suite next to us. We had had a previous noise issue which they immediately solved. This time they didn't do enough to stop the noise which went on very late. That was the only issue of the whole stay.

Everything. It's just a wonderful place. The staff were great, the food, the setting, the whole theme of the place. We agreed it was the best hotel experience we have ever had.

Nothing. It was all great.

The entire hotel is stunning with lots of areas to relax and be entertainted. Rooms are exquisite - very well kept. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We loved the meals - breakfast was a banquet and others meals equally delicious. There's music playing and a DJ spinning great tunes every afternoon by the pool. We'd love to return.
