The hotel was 5 minutes away the old quartier of the city and the tapas area. It was very comfy and quiant.

I would welcome the option of shower instead of a bath. Not the best if you have mobility problems....parking is underground (sub basement) and no lift. I found the concrete stairs a bit hardgoing after a long drive.

The lady on the Reception Desk was SO helpful, despite having other customers to attend to. She explained all the places to visit nearby which was fantastic as it was our first visit to the town. It was an excellent choice for a night's stay, close to the centre, cathedral and bars and restaurants. Affordable underground parking opposite the hotel. Hotel itself is an old building, inside is shabby chik and has seen better days but all very clean and fresh. Bathtub was a tad too difficult for me to attempt getting into, would have preferred a walk-in shower.....not sure if this is an option as there were only two rooms available when I booked (late). Breakfast OK.....cold buffet. Shops nearby, handy for stocking up if stopping here enroute to France or to south of Spain. Next door to the hotel is the most fantastic fruit and veg shop, cheap as anything and such good quality.

We had a family suite for the kids. They suite had 2 aircons. One didnt work at all. So they gave us a fan. The other would leak water all over the floor and switch off randomly. This happened all 3 nights. They eventually gave us another fan. They reception staff had agreed to compensate but during checkout they said they couldnt and I had to insist on speaking with the owner before they gave us a 10% discount.

The hotel is situated about a 2 minute walk from Toledo cathedral. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with secure parking. My stay was made even better by the staff who are very friendly and go the extra mile to help. WELL DONE

The beds were on the harder side for my taste (I like them soft). No proper nightstand and no plugs to charge the phone on one side of the bed.

The hotel is easy to access by car and the garage is very close. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the center and cathedral. The room and bathroom were of a good size.

Fabulous big stateroom. A little noisy late ar night, parking ok, but our van was too tall for the underground, so we parked roadside.. excellent for the city centre..hotel cafe and bar only open till lunchtime. Staff nice, great English and polite. Breakfast was all continental, no hot options.
