Overall a good hotel, just a bit pricey for what they offer. Hotel is located a bit outside of Llanes, around 20 mins walking to the center, which for us was just fine to have a walk before and after the dinner. The hotel has a large free parking, so no issues here. We had a large rooms with a large bathroom. In general all the amenities in good shape and well maintained. The breakfast was good in general, good coffee, however not on the four star level hotel that you would expected. We also had a dinner at the hotel cafe, which was fine, but a bit too expensive compared with the product quality. However all the employees were very nice and helpful. In one day we ask for a breakfast package because we left early for a hike and they really did their best to prepare a very good one!

The road to the center, 20 minutes long, has not a good pavement for pedestrians if you walk.

Nice spot with a handy cafeteria and a great pool. The cennter of Llanes is beautiful.

Pillows. Hotel often in cloud, because you're at the top of the hill, so not for sunworshippers, but usually warm.

It was a bit overpriced.

It was very modern. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of car parking. The cafeteria attached to the hotel serve nice food. Location was about 20 minutes walk into town, but there are country roads and parks to walk through. You do not have to walk along the main road. Llanes is a great place to visit there are nice beaches, great walks, all without having to use the car.

The location is not central, but its worth it to have free parking and comfort.

Comfortable, clean, and a nice pool, what's not to like? Nice touch by the hotel in that they have complimentary fruit bowls available during the day and water in the room fridge.

The booking.com website said that this was a beach front hotel, which is it isn’t. Drive only to beaches. Wasn’t near town of Llanes either .

Nothing we didn’t like. Just our preference, but a kettle in the room would’ve been even better.

Beautiful room, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We had a view from the balcony of the picos which was fab! 20 min walk from town centre. The staff where amazing and so friendly. Breakfast really good.

There was a group of families with children and their parents do not have education and were very noisy everywehere in hotel and the breakfast room was like a marketplace. I also blame the hotel reception for permitting this kind of behavior by the guests since reception is the authority in place. Nobody expects to have a market place in a nice hotel.

The hotel is very nice and confortable and all the staff are great and polite.

The pool area was not open to guests during our stay. I would have loved to just sit in the sun in the pool area.

Road traffic was noisy, could hear people in the hall and TV and voices from the room next door.

Free parking, large room with king-size bed, lovely view of the hills.. Staff friendly. Bathroom included toiletries, a bath and was very clean.

The room was at the front of the property so there was some road noise. Limited menu in the evenings - mostly sandwiches and pizza.

Had everything you could need to make a good stay. Large rooms and space outside with free and easy parking. Staff were all lovely and very helpful considering our lack of Spanish.
