Socket only on one side of the bed. The fridge is a bit small, only has space for a couple of small bottles maybe.

Great breakfast, with plenty of choices, loved it all. The balcony in our room was really spacious, and had wonderful sea view, the area is super calm at night, perfect for chill evenings.

Poor sound isolation and noise from other rooms.

Diverse and good breakfast, clean rooms, the staff who maintain rooms and the staff at breakfast very courteous, excellent location, bus station with frequent bus lines to Palma in front of the hotel, decent tennis courts and a pool, the hotel surroundings are well maintained, excellent view from the balcony, free public parking lot nearby.

we didnt like that the pillows were a bit thin

The rooms were clean and had enough space for a few nights stay. Room service was good and the toiletries were very useful. The bed was comfortable.

We had a problem with the facilities. Our receptionist said we could use the facilities ( beach, bar and pool) from the other hotel, plaza bonanza. We went to the Plaza Bonanza and someone from the staff said we couldn’t be there. Very unpleasant. We explained and she said we could use it only for that day because there had been was a mistake. We didn’t come back. Anyway the stay was pleasant.

the hotel needs some refreshment, the frige contained food from the previous visitors when we checked in (this was not cleaned) ; the sofa bed did not have linen and we were missing one towel, but eventually this got resolved. The breakfast was abundant but rather poor quality (industrial juice and frozen pastries)

The reception at the arrival. The reception told us the room is not ready without checking however after checking after an hour they told us it has been ready. The other staff members were all very friendly other than that

Room wasn’t cleaned properly even though we needed to wait until official check in time (dirty cleaning towel and empty shampoo and shower gel was in the bathroom). Rooms were outdated and no coffee/tea making options in the room. Staffs attitude wasn’t very welcoming compared to neighbouring hotels where our friends stayed and we felt more welcomed than in our own hotel.

No Wi-Fi in any of the rooms. Our bed had been laid on and one chocolate eaten when we first arrived.

Location is fabulous! We really enjoyed that there were pools as this makes it easier to cool off after a day at the beach. Beds are nice and big, great balcony and sea view, lovely breakfast. Perfect for a couple.

Airco was not working even after we told the reception there was nothing they did about it. The shower head was not working and again nothing done by the reception

The room we had was super tiny and dusty. We had a lot of noise coming from the airco that they fixed after the second night. Breakfast was rich but very messy, quality of food is average.

The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The park is indeed 4star, less the inside.

The furniture and bathroom could use a bit of modernizing, but it didn’t affect the overall comfort of the stay.

The breakfast was amazing – one of the best I’ve had! The pool was great, everything was very clean, and the hotel offers good value for money. Even though it’s not in the center, the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
