Window/view not great for seeing what weather was doing outside. A kettle would have made a big difference to the room facilities. Safe didn’t work.

Location excellent. Communication excellent before and during stay. Late check in and keyless entry brilliant. Beds super comfortable. Shower was good. Building had a lift. Pretty quiet for sleeping.

If I need to say something but will be that the room was really small. But if you use it just for sleeping you don’t need more. Also the walls are really thin and you can hear the shower or conversation of the ones behind the wall. There is also noice outside in the patio but it’s the same in all Madrid. I try to sleep a bit in the day and was impossible because of the music outside. But is something that you can not really control.

Nice experience. The place is really clean, like really clean. We stay for 4 days and they change the towels in the middle. It’s in the city center and as I been living there before I already knew it was perfect located. You can take a metro or bus everywhere or walk. We ask for a double bed and we have it. Really confortable bed with nice pillows. It has a small wardrobe that is more than enough for some days. What I like the most is that they are really nice, you do the check in online and to go into the hostel you use codes. I normally go to hotels and I was not sure to go to a hostal but after this experience absolutely yes.

Good value for the conditions and location, easy access, easy check in. It faced a busy pedestrian street. It does get quieter after 1AM, but if you have problems with sleeping with occasional noises I do recommend getting one of the rooms not facing the street, as was proposed by the owner.

It is a fantastic location as hostel is in the city centre. Easy access to public transport, main shopping street, clubs, if you are interested to go out. Room and bathroom were clean and beds were comfortable. It has a bit old fashioned interior though.

Can’t say anything particularly negative for this price, the closet in the room is kinda small and wonky but hey there isn’t much space and it will get job done to hand shirts or whatever you have. The interior room doesn’t get that much sunlight but I am aware that is a trade off for the quiet nights. All in all a fairly priced good hostel that gets the job done.

Located really close to Gran Via, the location is perfect for all sightseeing. All the mayor landmarks are in walkable distance and there are a few metro stations nearby. The host was really nice, although I haven’t seen him/her we contacted via WhatsApp prior to our trip. We’ve been asked which room do we prefer - street or interior facing with lower noise. (thank you for that) We chose the interior and it was quiet at night so no sleep lost. We received the access code for the doors and the system worked perfectly when we got there. Hostel is located on the second floor of the building with an elevator. The room itself looked exactly as the pictures and the bathroom is perfectly ok, hot & cold water with a good shower. Beds are a bit short for me (6’2) but sufficiently comfortable for a good night sleep. WiFi works perfectly, good speed and connectivity.

The hostel is located on a pedestrian street, so the bolt driver dropped me a block away. I was given a room facing the street, it got kinda noisy at night. The air conditioner could have been better.

The location is the best you can ever dream in Madrid we were there for 5 days and nerer used the public transport everything was approachable on foot ( sightseeings, bars, restaurants) would recommend to everyone!
