it seems like some of the plumbing was DIY. It meant a lot of stagnant water had built up in the pipes leaving a bit of a strange smell coming from all the drainage holes.

The toiletries lasted me a day. They did not replenish my stock. Nor did anyone clean my room for the 3 days I was there.

The property was centrally located which I loved. I arrived at night. And, not knowing the place I have to walk to another property in the dark with bags to pick up keys. I had to ask a lot of questions. But found my way. Shops are beneath. So the noise starts early. Also, the photo on the website does not represent the room I got.

The room was quite small and there was no place in the bathroom to put the toiletries on (e.g. no glass for a toothbrush). There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only a few sample-sized showergel and shampoo sachets that lasted a few hand washes. The AC unit looked dirty and we didn't even want to turn it on.

Great location, good WiFi, responsive host, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfy beds. Even though the pension is located in the heart of the city center, we didn't hear any street noise.

WOW...this is the most important point as you decide on this pension. It is located in the old town on a "street" that is about 8' wide with bazaar type shops on each side. SO you will be looking for a door (#11) that leads to a stairs up to the reception desk behind another door. So, as you look for this pension, be persistent. I had a long walk from the train station principly because the town is as dramatic a location as you can ask for. Once I realized where I was in the town, it was a great location for visiting all that the town has to offer. Rooms are modest for all the rignt reasons. They fit where they can in a very historic neighborhood.

It was noisy from outside in the evening. The bathroom is kinda narrow and doesn't have any shelves or surfaces to put stuff on. It would be nice to have one or two folding chairs somewhere.

Cute, small room with a view to a busy pedestrian street. It was nice to sit by the balcony window in the morning, watch people walk by and listen to their chatter. The building door leads directly to an even smaller pedestrian street with India shops. The location is excellent if you want to be close to the city center and tourist attractions. The bed was good. There is a microwave and fridge in the common area, but we didn't use them. I think it has all it needs if you are staying for a couple of days and don't intend to spend a lot of time indoors.

Bathroom too small and there was nowhere to hang towels, clothes or put your toiletries especially in the shower. There was only a window opening onto the corridor and not outside.

We had 2 horrible nights of sleep because the mattress is VERY OLD. When we both laid down there was a hole in the middle. Please do change your mattresses from time to time.

The room was clean and ok for 2 persons. The area is really great, it is inside Granada market.

I missed some shelfs and wardrobes in the room. Also more electric plugs would be great. Parking is quite expensive, but on the other hand, it is a city centre.

The guy on the reception is very nice and helpful, communicating promptly in English. Location is perfect.
