The pool was quite small but it wasn’t too busy so this was fine. They would benefit from more sun loungers outside.

Property was very close to the beach, so a great location. The beach had lots of restaurants and bars, so there’s plenty to do. It was very clean too!

Socket near bed wasn’t there (I found only 1 socket near the toilet). Since I was staying in the annex building I felt a bit uneasy the first night there (no reception, and loud guests in other rooms). But other 2 nights were fine. Room is a bit smaller than I expected, but it’s enough for short stay.

The room is enough for 1 person, 2-3 nights. It is really near the beach, bus stations to the Airport, and to Palma centre are 2-3 minutes from the place, so location was very good. Room was clean, cleaned every day.

Very nice sweet hotel to stay with friends. It s not so far away from ballerman 6 and you have a Lidl within 2 minutes footwalk. Price was acceptable. But they should mention that there are two house in that hotel and the pool is only in the prime house. All in all very good!

PARKING - there is NONE. You have to park on the street and everyone parks an inch away from the next car. There is no way that your rental isn't getting banged up. We ended up returning our rental an hour after we picked up because there was no where at all to park. We took and Uber back to the hotel and basically walked everywhere which is what I suspect most people do. I really wanted to explore the island but not at the cost of having to pay for rental car damage. One other turn off was that smoking is permitted on the front porch of the hotel and it was a bit intrusive.

This hotel was able to accommodate my husband at the last minute after our airbnb fell thru. The hotel is CLEAN, has free WIFI, and nice pool and was perfect for the price.

Everything was great just for a night! But the toilet didn’t smell so good, maybe something with the pipes, and I could hear through the wall the ppl in another room

I was in the second part of the hotel and had no facilities like a pool or bar.the main part with reception had a small pool but again no bar.

Basic but very clean and close to the front.staff were very nice too.

The pool and area were in shade for approx 95% of the day, so we didn't use it. We chose a hotel with a pool as we wanted to spend time round it, but as it was totally enclosed by a wall and the hotel itself, there was no sun. Pool didn't look clean either. The hotel was hard to find as the name was insignificantly displayed, and breakfast was in an annexe up the road. Couldn't have a bath as no plug, and shower head didn't hang, so had to be used by hand. Asked for a view, but was told the rooms didn't have one, although clearly many overlooked the pool. We just overlooked a wall, and balcony was tiny, including Aircon unit which pumped out air, so was only a place to dry stuff.

The Aircon was very efficient. Nice decor. Very clean.

Something that is fairly out of the hotel's control but whereby somehow needs to be regulated, is that there were a group of people there on a party. Their noise levels were extreme and on-going throughout the night - not even just in the hotel but also outside. The hotel is truly lovely, but this brought the experience down

Good rooms, not too big, but everything was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Not too far from the beach. Most guests will, of course, be the ones that like to visit the B06, so be prepared for that.

very noisy location lots of traffic and noisy neighbours groups of men shouting along the corridors. as the annex is not staffed this continues all night. phone to reception did not work

1) I was disappointed I got there and I was taken to another building a block away. I did not stay in the Hotel building itself. This other building has with no reception , or security. It is a complete separated building located 1 or 2 blocks away the actual hotel building. I was disappointed as I would prefer to stay in the actual hotel itself, but apparently I booked " The annex" - no more info on the site about it, it is like having like small prints... I was alone and I did not feel safe with the amount of drunk people on the street and surrounding areas. 2) The bedroom I got , shower leaking water to the bathroom floor, a bit annoyed as the bathroom looked flooded everywhere i had a shower 3) Also , different from other hotels I had stayed in Mallorca, this one don't have a dedicated area for the guests who wants to have a shower when checking out early. In my case the checkout is 10 am, fligth was 5pm and I went to the beach meanwhile. So The shower I had to use was an open pool shower.(with other guest watching you having your shower on bikini)

I stayed 2 nights only and it was enough... beach is close walking distance as a plus side.
