How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing, it was amazing.
Everything, including the parking directly outside, the help yourself basket full of apples and the welcoming, friendly, helpful man on reception. We had a huge spacious room for a family of 4 and there was complimentary water and coke on arrival. It was bright, clean and modern with an enormous bathroom which had both a bath with shower over and also a separate massive rainfall shower cubicle. Light up and magnifying mirrors, and toiletries were included. There were 3 TVs, one in each separate sleeping area, (and even one in the bathroom. The toilet was a Japanese multi function electronic one. The huge bed and sofa bed were super comfortable, with thick mattress toppers on. There was ample storage, tables, chairs and a fridge. We even had a dolce gusto coffee maker which included some delicious Marrakesh tea. There was a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and we were offered a kitchen if we needed to heat up any food. Breakfast included bacon, egg, fresh fruit cocktail, melon and fresh bread and pastries. There was even a small games room and gym. We were stunned by how fantastic everything was, in fact it’s one of the best hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We were only there for a one night stopover and would have happily stayed longer.

We were genuinely impressed by this hotel! It’s tucked away in a very unusual and picturesque spot, which adds to its charm. The room was unexpectedly modern and beautifully designed — everything was spotless, with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine and a spacious bathtub that made our stay extra comfortable. At reception, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly young man who explained everything clearly and made us feel right at home. A lovely detail: fresh apples are available at the front desk — free to take Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with fresh options to start the day right. The road to the hotel is a winding mountain route — well-maintained, but driving at night can be a bit tricky. Still, once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. The value for money was fantastic. We’re very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The Japanese style bunk beds for the children! The hotel was clean and even had a gym! Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Needs double glazing for morning traffic noise but the owners are aware and have got that in hand! Didn't spoil our stay!

It was what I paid for. The room ways fine and the breakfast too. Bed might have been a bit too hard but I could live with that. Really appreciated the kindness of the staff.

noise in the hallway carries - you hear people talking at the reception and steps in hallway. Breakfast really really basic
hotel only one star but room was brand new, huge and good quality. Staff was great - nice people - and for me worth 3 stars in comfort and service very clean!

Very clean and excellent place to stay. Lots of car parking outside with beautiful views of the village of Sorbas. Friendly and proffessional staff who made me feel welcome. Would happily stay here again. Fantastic value for money.

Very friendly and welcoming staff member when we arrived who was helpful and chatty each time we saw him. He definitely improved our experience with his friendly attitude. Separate covered parking for motorbikes in a concrete building. Good sized room with large, comfortable bed. Fridge in room. A/C, radiator and windows open so plenty of heating and cooling options. Bathroom a good size with a large walk-in shower and good toiletries too. Large well lit mirror in bathroom. Breakfast was a range of cold cuts, jams, toast, scrambled eggs, fruit, juice etc. Our rooms at the back were away from road noise.

Very nice room, conveniently located and with included breakfast. Lovely bathroom, terrace, free parking and oranges. We’ve had a little fridge in the room and some drinking water. The man at reception was lovely too!

We initially stopped here for a one night stay but ended up extending for 4 nights. We loved everything about this place, it was very clean, modern, our room was fully refurbished recently and the staff were very friendly. Can’t recommend it enough!
