The location of the hotel is very good - close to metro stations/ between two metro stations of different lines of metro. Great communication to most important parts of the city and to the airport. Nice choice of restaurants around the hotel, including Honest Greens right downstairs aside the main gate to the hotel. Very polite staff, present at reception even late at night. Room clean, everything ok. Possibility to store luggage after checkout.

There was air conditioning, however it wasn’t great/very weak at times. If you’re an English speaker/non Spanish speaking at times communication may be difficult however staff lovely nonetheless. If you have a room near reception, it can get a little noisy.

Fantastic location! Close to everything you need and close to the metro station to get anywhere else around the city. The place including the room was incredibly clean! Bedding/decor a little dated however this doesn’t really affect the room and everything was perfectly fine. Staff were lovely. Overall a good little place.

I think that the signage for finding the reception could be improved to clarify that the floor at the top of the first set of stairs is the "zero" floor. This isn't a big deal once you figure this out, but would it be helpful to know when lugging your luggage up the first time (I'm sorry if I missed signage for this). Dropping off the key every time when leaving the building was inconvenient since the reception is on the second floor instead of the ground floor. This wasn't a big issue for me, but it may be for others who need to use the elevator when coming and going. I realize that there probably isn't much that can be done about this.

It was a great place to stay. The location is great and the staff provided great service and made my stay great.

Great accomodation in the centre of Madrid. The room felt freshly renovated. Even though it was in a busy street the room was very quiet and equipped with everything necessary.

There is one concern about the facility. It would be very accessible except for the ten steps from the lobby up to the area where the lift (elevator) takes to the second floor to reception. Same lift takes you b to n your floor. Rooms are small but reasonable equipped, but no kettle or coffee machine. Bathroom obviously recently remodeled.

Great location. Only a few stops on the metro to the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. Very clean and comfortable room...towels were changed on both days of our stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Last but not least, reasonably priced given its central location in Madrid. There are a few steps (approx 10) on entrance but then there is a lift to the second floor.

The space around and in between the 3 beds was tight, yet doable. The bathroom entrance is awkward when opening & closing the door. Again, it can be worked around.

It is conveniently located for restaurants, groceries and sightseeing. We walked everywhere. It is relatively quiet at night with the odd city noises , but not disturbing. The bathroom facilities provided hot water with a lovely high-power shower .

The cleanest hotel room I've ever seen. We had a beautiful room with two Juliet balconies on the 4th floor. It was lovely. Has an elevator. Supermarket and restaurants all within a minute. Good wifi. In the middle of everything.
