We had a lovely stay, so am sad to write this, but the room we stayed in was very small, with no natural daylight. It almost felt like a cave. The info stated it was internal and looked into an atrium. You had no idea if it was night and day. The bathroom although clean and functional was tiny. My husband struggled in the shower due to it being so small. I’m not sure if other rooms are larger. If they are we would definitely stay here again. Just not in room 8.

The property is in a beautiful old building in a lovely area and close to Plaça Catalunya and lots of shops and restaurants. The Hostal is very clean. There is a beautiful breakfast room that is bright with natural daylight and stunning floor tiles. All staff were helpful and friendly. It was very quiet during our stay, we didn’t see any other guests.

The single room was small and had the bare minimum. There could be better furniture or facilities. It's an old building, nice from the outside, but in room is a bit worn out. Noise can be heard from nearby rooms.

Pretty expensive considering the rooms are very small and outdated a little. The bed was comfortable and nice but the rest of the furniture from the room was outdated and pretty old. The bathroom was very small (i could barely fit in the shower 1.85 cm height). I was exited to have balcony, but it had any space on it bcs of 2 big AC units.

The location was very clean and the staff members were verry helpfull and nice and also the location was very good( close to all public transportation, center and a lot of landmarks) It was not exactly as i expected but overall was ok. I dont have a problem with not so modern facilities as long as that reflects in the price.

The only thing that i didn't like is that the toilet seat is in a very tight corner so it is hard to feel comfortable using it.

The staff is beyond friendly and they are very responsive. The room looks exactly like the one in the picture. There was AC in the room. The hostal is close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance. There is also a coffee room with free coffee and tea. The bed in this double room was comfortable.

The initial bed linen left an unpleasant impression, we found a lot of other people's hair in the evening. It felt like there was a bad cleaning. (A day later, after asking to change it, we were given a new set) The floor in the rooms is very beautiful, but it is still a bit cold in winter without slippers.

bathroom was very small but okay, room slightly run down but nothing bad enough to ruin the stay, living room shut from 10pm so couldn't get access to fridge or place to eat after that (not allowed to eat in room) which isn't ideal if getting back late at night Couldn't open window in room to let in any ventilation, can get really hot and minimal natural light lift is very noisy

the location was perfect, about a 7 minute walk from placa de catalyna (the square the airport bus stops at) and about a 4 minute walk from the closest metro stop the room was small but suitable for the stay, I used it just as a base, had a space in a shared fridge to ut drinks/snacks free water and tea/coffee from 10am-10pm in living room all the staff I met were lovely and welcoming

A tiny bit small

Great position and very close to the airport bus to take you to the airport. Very secure and also had lots of eating and drinking venues around it. A tiny bit small, but the lovely balcony helped over come that.

The room is clean, and the location is good, quite close to Catalunya Square. There is free coffee and water in the common area. A bit pricey for the service.

The bathroom is so small, was not easy to go to the bathroom or take shower. Some rooms maybe have nice views (as we saw on pictures before booking) but our room had view of just a wall. We were not in the room at all, just for sleeping, but still would have been nice to be in room with some view.

The location is perfect if you want to explore Barcelona.

The room was small and very old, they put new furniture and they keep everything clean buy you can still feel It and It smells bad from the toilet as there isn't proper ventilation.

Staff Is friend and very helpful. The host send me useful Infos about anything we may need in Barcelona. The place is easy to find and in a good position to visit the city. They also have a free luggage deposit if you Need to leave your bags After checkout for few hours.

There was no natural light in my room and I could hear everything outside my bedroom door but this didnt affect me too much. I still had a lovely stay.

The location was perfect. Its so close to everything without being in the busy streets. The staff were always so nice and friendly. Perfect place for me as someone who wanted to solo travel but also have a relaxing vacation.

The air conditioner occasionally makes noise like “kakakaka” during the night. The shower head is not very satisfied.
