The outside of the building for the hostel is a bit run down, pink and dirty. We thought we brought something dodgy at first. Hotel looks lovely. There was cockroaches in the room which I guess is normal for a hot country? Still a bit grim

Easy location, 2 minutes walk from the station. Staff were lovely and breakfast was nice. The building did put us off at first but then going inside, it was a nice room for a hostel.

Not the prettiest location in Valencia. We requested a double bed and got a wheelchair accessible ground floor that was on the small side.

Great value for money. Room was comfortable and had expected facilities for the category of the hotel. Reception is in a separate building but very close. Staff were very attentive. There is a train station not far, handy if you plan to visit Valencia, a bar in front of the hostel to get food & drinks if arriving late. Also plenty of parking just behind the building.

There was no kitchen to use, which would have been fine if we had access to water or something like a kettle in the room. The room didn't have a bin either. I booked a room with *two beds* a single and a double, since I was sharing it with my stepsister. Got two single beds pushed together and dressed as if it was one king sized bed. Under the bed must not have been cleaned since when I pushed them apart on day two we found *dirty underwear* hidden under the bed.

Staff were little sweethearts, felt like a hotel more than a hostel. The shower wasn't as dirty as the reviews said it would be, but still dirty

The neighbourhood was shady. It’s far from the centre.

It was decent. Good for one or two nights but not more. There is a metro in front of the accommodation.

Nice location very close to the metro and bus station. Next to it there is a bar + restaurant open from 7 to 01 in the night and a kebab, so even if you arrive late you can still grab something to eat

Very hard to find the correct door to get in to the property and there was NOT explanation on the door about of what to do. The location was just ok. It is very far from everything.

The fact that the front desk is on a different building can be quite bothersome, especially if it's raining (which was the case for me). Additionally, having only one key for the room can be an issue if you plan on sharing the room with someone that's going to have different plans, since you'll have to come open the door for them (that includes the door leading into the building itself, not just the your room's door). Also, and this might be a personal preference, it would have been great for the room to have smaller, dimmer lamps to be used at night before going to sleep. You either have to have the ceiling light on or no light at all, which is something I dislike.

The employees at the front desk were amazing: very friendly, super helpful... I always had a great time when I went there. The cleaning staff forgot to refill our room with the shampoo packs, my roommate wanted to check in before I did (even though I made the reservation)... You name it, they solved it. The room also had a bunch of natural light, which was quite pleasant, especially during the morning! Aditionally, you're close to a lot of services: restaurants, supermarkets, metro stations... You should have everything you need within a 10-minute walk!

The room was big and airy and very clean. Reception staff were all extremely helpful and friendly including the restaurant manager who was very jolly. On departure we were awaiting a taxi at 8am and he offered to get us a coffee..

The shower is too small. The hand held shower was broken and they didn't reemplace it neither after we requested that in the reception. Our stay was for 3 nights.

The cleaner went into my room when i wasn't there and i wasn't putting the sign for cleaning the room and i found clothes missing from my bag, thats never happened in any place

The room could have a mini refrigerator. The transportation was good but the metro to that area ends early.

The room was comfortable, really tidy and the room was clean up everyday. The air conditioner works as a charm and it was required since it was too hot.

It calls itself a hostel but we were treated to a full hotel experience in our double private room with even our towels and sheets being changed each day! The buffet breakfast was worth signing up to as well. Location is a while out of town but near a major train line so it's not so bad. Absolutely no social area for anyone looking for a social hostel experience FYI.

The room was quite dirty, specialy the bathroom, and It smelled heavly of cigarrets, quite uncunfortable for non smokers. The room was upstairs without an elevator and the housekeeping got into our room even with the do not disturb on, quite uncorfortable
