There is no lift in the hotel, there is just two floors so is not a big deal but if you have a heavy suitcase you will have to carry all the way up. Rooms are very basic, we didn't need much as we just use the hotel for sleep and shower. Room needs a good update, wardrobe was very old but good size there is no fridge in the room I was a bit disappointed. Bathroom is small and shower curtain instead of glass.

The hotel is about 10 min from San Antonio (walking). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. Hotel doesn't have parking but there is one for free not too far from the hotel. There is a shower you can use if you have a late flight, it's was a big room and very clean towels were provided too. Reception looks very nice but when you get to your room you can see the difference. I know Ibiza is very overpriced and August the prizes are crazy I found the hostel very expensive for what we get. But this is Ibiza.

There are not many facilities eg: fridge, cup, spoon… These nights living in there, there is something like machine working whole night. It makes me hard do sleep

The walls are literally paper thin. I woke up every 30 min/hour due to other guests shouting, laughing, banging, etc. I could have said something, but didn’t want to spoil other people’s fun. We stayed at this hostal before and never had this problem, so maybe it is just the 1st floor.

Great location, friendly staff and many restaurants nearby. Also, the bus station is only 10 min walk from the hotel (probably even less).

The noise of the cleaners or other guests moving around in the morning. The walls are quite thin so you could hear this in the morning. That said, it really was not that bad as didn't last too long and the rest of the time it was very quiet.

The location was great - not right in the centre of San Antonio so you missed the chaos and noisiness of the central area. That said, it was much closer to much nicer areas of San Antonio.

As a suggestion I would recommend to improve the soundproofing of the rooms, especially because sometimes some people come back to the hotel drunk from parties and they make a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

The structure is located in the heart of San Antoni but sufficiently far so as not to hear the noise from clubs. The rooms were simple but clean and with everything one needs. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times.

For a one star hotel it is very good

The staff was great. The location was only 6 minute walk to the beach. Near many supermarkets and shops. I am sad I didn't go to the hotel's bar for coffee earlier in my vacation. The bar was nice,the barman was super nice and friendly and the coffee was so good!
