The entrance generally doesn’t seem inviting as many non hotel residents use it and maybe a keyless entry in the room could be installed later. However, nothing affected our stay , it was super excellent.

Beautiful decorated room, it fits one family (couple with two boys 14 & 16) , location in Chueca is excellent. Good Aircondition , super clean. Very polite and helpful staff, excellent communication with WhatsApp and reception around till midnight. The hotel rooms are splitted on floors in a building residence. Great choice to stay downtown.

The location of the hotel was perfect – within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the check-out process was smooth and easy, even though it was early in the morning. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely characterful building in a really nice area with cobbled streets and lots of bars, restaurants and shops. You are just a short walk away from the centre. The room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed and pillow and a good shower. All the Staff we dealt with were super helpful and friendly - You’ll struggle to find a better place to stay.

Quite small and pricey, but considering the location I guess it is normal. Very busy street at night, but noise is significantly decreased with closed windows (though not disappearing).

Spotlessly clean room, smartly renovated, right in the center and close to all amenities/sightseeings/metro stations. Aircondition saved our life in the middle of a heatwave! Staff were extremely helpful & responsive!

Located in LGBT neighborhood so one night we were heckled by 2 trans men dressed as women. Unexpected. Other than that everything was good.

A wonderful place to stay in the very heart of Madrid. Sparkling clean, cozy and warm, nearby lots of restaurants. The staff is very polite, always ready to answer the questions. We were with a small kid and felt like home. We totally recommend and would stay in Woohoo again once we come back to Madrid.
