A small fridge in the room would have been nice to have in this hot weather. :-)

Beautifully renovated, comfortable, and clean stairwell, room and bathroom, with friendly staff. The metro station is just a short walk away. We chose this accommodation because of its proximity to "Palacio Vistalegre", which was also very close.

I didn't like the fact that when I arrived there and rang the bell, I didn't see anyone and Noone came to get the door until 5min later, after I had rang the bell 4 or 5 times and I was really worried there was noone there to open the door. I didn't appreciate that. Then the lady who opened the door for me, Friday around 15:30 wasn't nice.

I liked the room very much: very clean, very comfy bed, great bathroom and wardrobe. It was worth the money! It's near a metro station but a bit far from downtown.

Suite is very clean. It has it's own shower and toilet! Plus TV and AC. And chained grocery store (Lidl) is just around the corner. As well as Metro station - 3 euros and you are at the airport!

The key system at the entrance of the building is a bit cumbersome, you have to take care to avoid the door biting your finger, but that is the only thing I can complain of.

Best quality for the price. I had a remote work to do on the computer at night, Wifi worked perfectly with VPN. I could ask for a late check-out for a small extra fee, and the it was quiet in the morning while I rested from the nightshift (I must however say that I always use earplugs). The curtains were thick enough to block sunlight completely. My room had a little desk , a chair. So it is a perfect stay for a remote worker. The stairs are decorated with some care, it feels nice. The area near Vista Alegre metro station has plenty of neighborhood fruitshops , supermarkets and ecuatorian restaurants with low-cost menus.

We were really happy with our choice of hotel in Madrid. We loved the location, really quiet and with a nice vibe, close to a metro station, nice cafes, restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The hotel staff were really nice and friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were toiletries to use in the bathroom, good air conditioning and very fast WiFi. The only small thing that didn't really bother us anyway but might be important to someone else was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We would definitely stay here again when we're back in Madrid, great value for money.

They didn’t have cots for babies (not that they offered them anyway). The floor looked clean but needed mopping before our arrival as the babies hands got dirty from crawling. Some of the water from the shower leaked to the bathroom floor even though the doors were closed. Not a major problem.

It was close to the metro/underground station of Vista Alegre. Everything was nice and clean except maybe for the floor. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would be happy to go back. The bed was comfortable and there were no noises at all at night. Curtains blocked sunlight successfully.
