We had a room in the first floor and it was noisy at night. Some furniture should be renewed.

The position is central and near a metro station. The room is very clean. The staff is kind.

Incedibly small bathroom. If you are a larger size person you would likely not fit in the shower or be able sit on the toilet. That said, there is a larger common washroom available. Bit of a grumpy guy met us when we arrived. Would not listen to my repeated instruction that tapping my VISA for amount due would not work, need to insert card and have me enter PIN. He declared my VISA "not working" and asked for another credit card. Eventually he followed instruction and it worked fine. A minor thing but the attitude rubbed me the wrong way. Other staff we encountered were very pleasant. Overall, place adequate but I will most likely try another place next time.

The appliances were a bit old, but it's not a big issue, they all functioned perfect.

The personnel was really warm and nice, it's amazing to see there are still family businesses in the middle of the city. It was really quiet and we slept very well, the location is amazing, close to everything.

For the price everything was great, nothing fancy just clean and comfortable.

Room was perfect for one person but would be fine for a couple. Nothing fancy just very comfortable, firm bed and quiet. Room had the bed, a desk, a wardrobe and the bathroom with a big step in tub/shower with plenty of hot water and a very strong stream! Great location and check-in/out was easy and staff friendly with fine English if that matters. One flight of stairs to get to the lift. For the price, which in early April was less than 90 euros a night, they even cleaned the room daily. All-in-all a great 5 night stay.

The ensuite was really too tiny. It was immaculate...well fitted out..lots of hot water...but tiny.. mote shelving is needed for stuff food and clothes..a few shelves would have made a bigg difference. Tv is spanish only..not firestick friendly.

Immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Warm. Fab location. Lovely little older spanish men no English but who still helped. So courtious. The lift was olde worlde and smelt wonderful.beautiful building in a lovely area. Try the spanish restaurant at the corner down the hill....they are wonderful. Suitable for short not long stay. Not enough storage .

The room has air condition but you need to ask the reception in order to take the control.

I stayed for 6 nights the room was clean, quiet with own bathroom and fridge. The reception was very helpful and they helped me with my late check in. The location is excellent it's near to the center , in two supermarkets one bakery, and also it is close to train, buses and metro stations.

We heard noises when people were talking in the hallway because the door is not very thick or even a bit of gap underneath of the door. However, we had earplugs and it was no problem.

The elevator to get upstairs is old and small. The stairs were being repainted, so it wasn't possible to use them. But that means that it will look nicer soon.

Excellent location, conveniently near the centre, El Retiro park, and a bus or train towards the airport. The room has all the necessary basics and enough power jacks. The check out time is around 12pm, which is good.
