We also regret that the air conditioning did not work properly during hot days. We understand that climate control is crucial for a comfortable stay, especially during high-temperature seasons. This does not meet our comfort standards. Our maintenance team has already been notified, and we are working to review and repair the air conditioning system, ensuring its proper functioning.
