Train noise was noticeable so I used ear plugs.

Easy keypad system to get in to building and room so no key issues. Coffee room was nice but they need to leave cups out for people to use. First night I had to drink out of my sandwich box :). I survived

Parking can be hard in Elche. Luckily we found a free parking lot not to far from the hotel.

Easy communication, east check-in. Everything was clean. Even shaving equipment and toohthbrush were ready at your room, with clean towels and soap.

Good location and amazing conditions. The place is brand new and everything is in a perfect condition. They have self checking and checkout which makes the proces even easier

Nothing in particular, everything was fine. As a suggestion, they could have a water dispenser in the lobby. That's all.

A very comfortable and clean room. Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the center and very easy to get to by bus from the airport (the stop is just a few meters away). They were always very kind and responsive to messages. Excellent value for money.

Check in is in the morning. Personally I never arrive in the morning. If I'd arrived five minutes later I would have found the door locked and would have been really stressed. I'm not aware that I received instructions on what to do. When travelling I sometimes end up with no charge on my phone. I know Hostals don't provide hairdryers but they are not expensive. I really wanted to wash my hair.

Perfect location - walkable from the bus station. A lovely, bright, modern building and room. The owners were lovely. I liked that I had an individualised door code based on my phone number so I couldn't forget it

Really can't think of anything, maybe lack of utensils in the shared kitchen space so had to buy plastic ones. No one at reception in afternoons but easily contactable by phone and code system to enter the building very reliable.

Friendly staff, can tell they like to host people, very clean, a nice kitchen area was available 24 hours with microwave so you can buy something at supermarket or at takeout paella place across the street and eat at the property. Wife was strong everywhere, had a mini fridge in room which was not expecting. Located just outside the centre in residential very near the beautiful municipal park, near bus stop to take you to train station

Great location in the city close to La Palmeral and short walk to The Basilica. Excellent check in. Great value for money. Only 20 minutes from Alicante airport.

The disco in the square opposite the room. But it was fiesta time, and that´s what we went for, so no complaints there. The first night we joined them, but the 2nd night we just listened to the music from our room. We must be getting old 🧓 The police attempt to make it all but impossible to get back to the hotel from the palm park. Two bridges completely closed, leaving just the footbridge, meaning a very long walk back when we expected to be able to just come out of the park and cross the closest bridge, which we did last year. But I think the organisation of the fiesta was poor overall this year, the council seem to want to discourage people from actually viewing the firework display! I hope they reconsider things for next year. But none of that is anything to do with the hotel!

Very clean room and communal areas. Spotless. Facilities are excellent and staff were brilliant in communicating arrival and access arrangements. Communication was by Whatsapp in English, and the responses were instant. We loved the quality of the bathroom/shower and the drinks making room downstairs is a great idea. Our room had a fridge, TV and air conditioner. The bed was comfy and the bathroom modern. There is nothing I would change, and our expectations were exceeded. Did I mention how clean everywhere was?

Had room 5 that’s downstairs. Glad brought a set of earplugs because you do hear the people come in and out a lot without them

Maybe the towels could be renewed: they were clean, but worn out and sometimes spotty.

Way better than some hotels with stars. Super kind staff, rapidly responding and clean rooms with even a dental kit in it. Close to 2 Cercanías stations, walking distance to almost anything you might need. Great price for great location and service.

Really friendly and helpful staff who have kindly allowed me to check in early as it was raining and not very nice to be out in it. No issues storing my bicycle safely inside. Modern and spotlessly clean. I'd happily stay here again.

Fridge didn't have a power socket accessible for the fridge, so needed to move the fridge.

Door locking/unlocking based on part of your mobile phone so easy to remember. Bright entrance and corridors. Room size reasonable for the price. Bed was comfortable. Hostal near bus route from Alicante airport, best to tell the driver where you are going.
