There was a bit of a smell when we first got to the room. We bought a wall plug in so the smell would go away.

In a really cute neighborhood, close to a lot of beaches if you rented a car. There is a store downstairs connected to the building.

It was a little nosey from a lorry outside in the morning when uploading for the shop. Think it was around 8. Didn’t worry us too much though and we would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect location and a lovely place to stay!

The walls are a bit thin, so one could hear every person coming and leaving their apartment. But nothing one could not solve with some earplugs.

Fantastic location. Parking always available on the street. Spar shop right beneath the hotel. Close to all the greatest beaches. Fully equipped Kitchen. Working Air Conditioner. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is definitely not as shown in the pictures. It’s very outdated, the shower was a very tight space and the sink was super small. Check in is not done upon arrival, you have to wake up before 11am the next day to go and manually hand write all your details and do the check in and the city tax can only be paid in cash. We were given a ration of shower gel which was expected to be used as a soap as well. I asked if we could have some normal hand soap even a soap bar and they told us they could only give us the shower gel satchels which would be used up by just a hand wash and that they wouldn’t give us any more. So had to buy soap to wash my hands. Had recycling bins stacked up in the bathroom which isn’t ideal especially when the towel hanger is right above. The freezer door was broken so couldn’t keep anything in there. The walls are VERY thin and there was a lot of ‘activity’ in the room next to ours so you can hear everything.

It was comfortable and decent. Nothing special but good location.

There was nothing I could complain. Just there was no shops open in March. Luckily we had a rental car so we drove to nearest city, Santanyi, 7 km to get something for breakfast. Pleasure ride and tricky to drive in old town :)

All was good. Absolutely clean appartment. Which is opinion by my partner who is freak about cleaness. And travels a lot. Only nuisance was that appartment was facing north. Which propably is great in summer but in March was a little chill. But heating was working :)

Extremely clean, very nice people handling the place, responsive with a smooth checkin. The location is perfect to go to the surrounding beaches which are the among the best of the island. As a couple we loved staying there for a week. Highly recommend!

This isn’t about the property but the location is quite far from the Palma and other beaches which can make it quite expensive to move around; e.g. the taxi from the airport is about €70 if it’s not too busy. The buses are good to use and cheap, but usually come on the hour or half hour so can take a while. I would definitely recommend getting a car to make moving around the island easier and cheaper!

Great accomo! Has a fridge and some appliances so you don’t have to go out to eat the whole time. There’s also a small supermarket below it which makes it easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, loved it! Cala Figuera is beautiful :)

The bathroom smelt slightly, but may be due to the the recent storm and didn’t ruin the room at all.

The location was great. So handy being right above the SPAR. It was also good having a fridge and a few cups etc to make our own breakfast. Check in and out was so easy and it didn’t matter when we arrived/ went we left as long as inside check out time.

Could have done with instructions for the TV. Also could have used another saucepan, a pair of kitchen scissors, a cheese grater and a potato peeler and a microwave lid.

We stayed for 3 nights in a double room with a small kitchen and balcony.The location was perfect.Have 2 beaches within a drive of 10 mins max. There are many restaurants around.Cala Figuera port is walkable distance as well. Overall good stay

It would be nice if the coffee and tea was provided (especially that there is a coffee maker) and some basic spices like salt, pepper and sugar - we had to buy everything in big packages for only two night stay.

The host was very nice! Nice, clean studio with a balcony, there is supermarket with bakery on the same street, the hotel is not placed next to the cliff, but the sea is just few minutes away. The kitchen has everything which is needed to cook, even the little things like wine opener etc. Neighborhood was very safe with plenty parking spots.

unfortunately the down side were the neighbours, walls are quite thin so could ear people from the room next to ours or in and out.

The accommodation had everything as promised, clean and tidy. Great balcony. 1 min away from Cala Figuera! the receptionist was extremely friendly, advised us of amazing restaurants nearby and places to visit! she made our journey even better! Ty
