Smallest shower I have ever seen. I'm not a big person and I couldn't turn around inside it! Wifi didn't work for me as my room was the furthest from the router. I was travelling solo but it would be very hard to fit 2 people (let alone 2 suitcases) in the room.

Great location for a one night stay where you want be central, but also want an easy trip to the airport with the Metro. Bed was comfortable and clean. Kettle was provided on request. I understand the room was cheap.

stuffy room. The smell was terrible , especially the bathroom . The noise of an engine during the day and even late of night. I don’t think it’s a 3 star hotel as advertising in Booking . I had stayed 2 nights in another hotel in the Cortes which was much better. I changed to this hotel 1 night to be closer to Gran Via which looks amazing on pictures. I never want to come back this hotel. The worst of hotels I have stayed during my long trip.

Cleaners really early in the morning talking very loud and they woke me up both days i stayed. I will advise if you are a light sleeper to beard this in mind

The girl at the reception seems burned out, when I make some question or ask for something she seems to be annoyed. The cleaning was not very good, there was a bad smell, some hairs and yellow stains on the sheets. The rooms are very very small, with space for the bed and little else, they are a bit old and without any kind of decoration. For the price and the location I suppose it is what it is, but it is not at all as advertised in the photos.

The location is perfect! And the bed was comfortable.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Madrid. Lots of shops and restaurants down the road. Helpful staff. Very good restaurant just across the street, the Wok Garden Buffet !

The day staff wasn’t nice. The key to open the building door doesn’t work… they say the door was broken. So you have to have a phone or internet to ask them to open the door. (night staff was nice). They don’t do check in between 15:30-17:30, which is I think weird for a hotel/hostel.

Lack of any tea/coffee facilities in the room or, at least in the common area. In fact, there is nothing "extra" in the room, not even a cup for toothbrushes, no mini fridge, towels are 1 per person. The water pressure and temperature in the shower is constantly fluctuating

The keys on the front door didn't work properly we need to call someone everytime we came back to the property. No Aseos to use during check out.

Bathroom was very small and our room very close to reception. We could hear everyone coming in and out of the building anytime during the day.

The noise at night. I know it’s on a main road, but the noise of police cars and ambulances at night was a bit annoying. Also because the room was right next to reception, you could hear people coming and going at all times, and people at reception

There are no much facilities. No kettle no cups no hairdryer. :( but when I asked to reception about the hairdryer, they just gave me. They were helpful. And can be other room with view but view of my room was just walls jaja :((

Location is just perfect. Really. It’s safe area. It’s in granvia and just near the metro station plaza España. And receptionists were kind like all spanish people :))
