I paid little for 1 night therfore not much to expect. Still for just bit more money I had in Seville far better accomodation before. You hear absolutely everything in the rooms next door, the entire building and the indoors room are not convenient to get natura light.. Again for q night, for the price I had paid passable but not for longer.

The shower was extremely small. One night I was laughing with my friend and we were told to be quiet, which I understood, but at the same time it was not the best thing to do. As there was plenty of noise coming from outside.

The property it’s central, easy to walk down to the bars and restaurants. It was clean.

My room was on the ground floor and the only window opened onto an internal hallway/stairway, which was not the greatest setup. Very nice to have a private en suite bathroom, but set your expectations for clean and functional, the facilities are not new, fancy or luxurious.

Ideal location! Kind, welcoming, helpful, multilingual reception staff made me feel at home and were very accommodating with local information and last-minute needs (like an iron...). Walking distance to central Seville sights.

Economy Double Interior Room is not worth it. I paid 388 EUR for 2 night-stay just for myself. Room is located just next to the reception with window facing the reception desk. If you want some privacy, you need to close it. You can hear almost everything especially during the night when other guests are entering the building. There is no automatic lock system and everybody was struggling with the lock at the entrance door making annoying noise. No hair-dryer in the room.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Great for exploring the city.

Quite expensive for what you get. Room is very small, no elevator, had to ask for air con remote and air con functionality was limited, only room windows open into the central courtyard and walkway so opening them means exposure to noise.

There were several things that could improve the stay: The shower door didn't fully close and the shower head was broken so you had to hold the shower head (water was warm though) There was a TV in the room but no remote provided There was no soap provided at the bathroom sink There were a few ants in the bathroom (didn't see any in the room but that's because I didn't eat any food inside, this may have been different though if I did)

Compared to other reviews, I enjoyed my stay here. As a solo traveller, the location was simply fantastic and on foot was very easy to access the main sights. My room was adequately sized and had the basic amenities I needed for a stay, it was also quiet in the evenings so was able to sleep well (my room had aircon). Rooms were also cleaned every day

Cold water in the shower during whole stay. Lack of daylight in the room. Noises during the night. Patronizing personel behaviour. My room had window to the staircase, I've heard people using it and dodn't feel safe sometimes.

Very close to centre. Amazing interior design. Perfect to share pictures with friends ;) You feel like living in baroque palace. Very comfy bed and good place to relax.

The room didn’t have AC or a fan and it didn’t have windows to outside of the building so it was a little hot.

The property was really close to Las Setas de Sevilla. Really clean and friendly staff.

The mattress is not the best quality but sleeping is not at all a problem. Some broken tiles or mold stains around the shower, minor, just here and there. There is no phon (that I saw).

The location is beautiful. More than many hotels in Seville. The most romantic place, it is exactly as in the pictures. The staff is extra nice and the rooms are very clean. I’ll stay here again for sure if I come back to Seville. The lighting in the room is very good. There is shampoo, soap and bath gel and towels. A wardrobe and a desk with chair in every room. The WiFi works very well (also for working)
