I wasn't expecting the property to be this good. The rooms are kind of small but hey, for this price, location and cleanlines, it's a steal. The staff was also incredibly nice. I won't be looking for another place to stay in Madrid for my next trip.

The noise both internally and externally isn’t great the door didn’t quite reach the floor and the walls were paper thin. That said, bring earplugs and it’s still a great deal. Male staff was a bit moody and condescending.

The location is great if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. Female staff was awesome, best at any place I’ve stayed (including some fairly posh digs). The fastest Internet in Madrid.

The hotel is right at the centre of Madrid and everything is within walking distance. Metro stations are also super close to the hotel. Very clean room, and helpful host. Definitely recommend for a stay in Madrid.

Iman was a wonderful host! I left my suitcase overnight to visit Toledo. Thank you. She always had good suggestions for questions. My 82 SQ ft room was so organized with nice storage areas, seemed similar to staying in an IKEA room! Excellent location.

Nothing I loved everything about this hotel.

Fantastic location to explore Madrid by walking or close to the Metro network for exploring further out makes this hotel an excellent choice. The room was comfortable and clean and the coffee and tea making facilities in the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning was superb. Would definitely stay here when visiting Madrid again highly recommended.

The location is great, next to subway stations, points of interest and it has a 24/7 supermarket in the corner. All of this already makes Lauria a great choice, besides, the room was just perfect, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a map with recommendations, we did the check-in a bit earlier aaaand, when we did the check-out they let us leave the luggage there free of charge, and let us know that we could use the bathroom throughout the day, and if we did some shopping we could leave the bags as well. And they left wine, chocolate and water in the fridge. Madrid is a great city with a great tourist service culture, and Lauria is the perfect reflection of that.

The room was a bit small and I didn't like the bathroom's door that it was sliding and not closing properly.

The location was amazing, the metro station is under the building and it has 5 different lines crossing this area maximum 5 minutes walk from the hotel. You are in the city center you can find bars, restaurants everything just by walking. The room was clean and everything was in order and the staff was super friendly and helpful. And the price was extremely good.

The location was great, with several different metro stations close by and right on the Gran Via. The room was small, but perfect for one person and the little bottle of cava in the fridge was a lovely touch. However, the thing that made the place special was Inna on reception. She was always on hand with help and advice when it was needed. A real star!!!!

Nothing negative really besides the price tag. I understand it is in the very heart of the city but I think the price was quite high, also considering the fact that other days of the month showed lower prices.

I stayed with my mother and we were both very happy with the room. It was newly renovated, very clean, bathroom was good and the temperature of the room was great too, mostly important for travelling with an elder. The room had a fridge, a kettle and mugs that came handy. There was not so much free space to move around but enough for 2 nights or longer. The shower had soap dispensers (thankfully no mini samples) and 2 towels per person. At the entrance was space to hang up clothes and leave the luggage. Overall the room was very well thought of and the beds had duvets with a changeable cover (I prefer it to a blanket that is difficult to clean) and were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us too, plenty of buses stopping in front of it, the metro stop too, Malasaña on the back with plenty of bars and shops and night life. The personnel was of help and all of them very polite. I would recommend this hotel.

The walls were very thin and you could hear from one room to another but for the rest was a comfortable and clean place with everything you would need. For a short stay it was perfect.

Have in mind that they only turn the air conditioning during summer, so if you travel during the spring like me the room can be extremely hot.
