The room view is limited to the backyard, and the air conditioning did not function for cooling, which could be an issue in warmer weather.

Common rooms and corridors, sound insulation

A good budget place near Pamplona compared to prices in Pamplona hotels during San Fermin. Accepts dogs for an additional fee. Good access to the city center by public transport. The amenities are simple, the location is in an industrial area, we used the garage for 10 euros per day.

Continental breakfast but it was limited. A few slices of iberico ham and cheese with half a baguette and a croissant was delivered to our table. Not self-service. Coffee machine and orange juice. The car park isn’t under the hotel, it’s over the road and the lights don’t come on automatically, you have to get out of the car in the pitch black to turn them on. Very scary for a woman on her own.

Clean. Had air conditioning that worked. Fairly new bathroom. Easy to use the shower. Lots of towels and toilet paper. Free liquid soap. Comfy beds. They allowed my dog in the restaurant which was really appreciated.

Thee room and facilities in were comfortable. Quite good location for someone who travels by car - however hotel has its own parking (for purchase), there's enough space in the front of the venue. Bus stop is located literally 1 minute from the hotel and there's direct bus to the center of Pampeluna.

It was a little noisy in the room and the location in an industrial area wasn't the most reassuring.

Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. Food was tasty though basic. Free parking.

It was too hot, and we could not figure out where the thermostat was to cool it down. Outside families were playing football until very late at night, so we could not open the window because they were so loud we could not sleep.

Only one pillow & no option to have another. Breakfast was just a hard baguette with Spanish ham & cheese slice & one croissant. No choice of cereal, toast or yogurt. The machine ran out of water for coffee so only 4 of us could have coffee. only orange juice available, no water.

Booked double room, told don’t do only twin, stayed many times before with no issue. Had our small dog with us at reception, no comment from staff but they debited my card after we left, with no contact or authorisation for the dog. Never been charged after we have left before, will definitely not recommend or stay again ( not because of the charge but the fact they didn’t get our authorisation for it & now had to cancel the card)

Even if I upgraded the room, they won’t refund the previous one, so basically booked a new room for different date. The room totally looks different. No pillow no blanket so dirty, stains on mattress. Broken window I don’t think I can sleep here. At least they should look similar like picture. This situation violates several consumer protection law.
