We would have liked to have a couple of room keys as there were 3 of us but not a major problem.

A compact bathroom, not much room between toilet front and side of bidet! Nothing else tho.

Good hosts, friendly and helpful. Location, it’s close to a small square with bars and food. Walking distance to main harbour and bus/train station. Comfortable bed and safe space.

The hotel is close to the bus stop for the city center and near a pedestrian area. The room is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet area in the evening. Daily cleaning.

Fernando was the best. He was so helpful. Coincidentally the apartment is on San Fernando Street! Plenty of bars next door and up the road great pastry shop. Buses right outside the door to take you everywhere .

Quiet, clean room, with the bonus of a small fridge that was very useful. Staff exceptionally kind and helpful with bag transfer by Correos.

As others have said, you need to look for the building number as the Hostal is located in European apartment building and no obvious signage outside.

Modern, clean, comfortable, room. Excellent reception hospitality and attention. Good location with breakfast cafes and bars nearby. A leisurely, gently uphill walk from the centre, cathedral, and seafront, harbour area, but with at least 4 bus routes to and from the beaches.

Interior view and toilet is quite small but is very decent and has everything needed. A bit far off from main attractions, is more residential area, but perfectly connected. Bus at the door (20 min to beach) and if you like to walk is 20-30 min from city centre too.

Really nice staff, super helpfull and dedicated. Nice room size, confortable and clean. Well connected by bus and reachable walk to city centre.

Absolutely amazing room. One of the cleanest I've ever stayed in! Great shower, comfortable bed and lovely furnishings. Beautifully decorated. I was so happy to see a fan as it was so hot outside so that was nice. I've stayed here before and each time it gets better and better. Thanks to the hostess for being so welcoming and lovely ( and giving me great advice)

We had a room with a small window, atm wasn’t very warm in the city but still a bit stuffy.

A very comfortable bed provided for us, it was two single bedroom together but it was grand. There’s many buses going to city center and beaches and a supermarket right below. The room is very spacious, bigger then I was expecting. The hostal is inside an apartment, have elevator and the secretary is very friendly, gave me many option’s for what to do in the city. They provided me iron and hairdresser while I was in the place. I highly recommend this place.

Little bit far away from the bay and the main part of the city. Almost no natural light in the room.

Signage of the hotel is small so it's better to look for the house number. High humidity in the region.

Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location is great, close to the city centre and bus and train stations, but a bit far from the beaches (10 min by bus, a bus stop is next to the hotel). Internet is super fast. All the rooms and communal areas are clean, towels are changed daily. You can ask for help at any time and the service overall is superb. It takes 8-10 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel by car/taxi.

The bathroom is dated. The shower bar fell down while I tried to take a shower. Weird configuration of the bathroom door - it opens in 2 cm of the toilet. No shower fan (it seems to be a problem in many hotels here in Spain: despite the high humidity in the area they don't have fans and get wet after every shower).

Great receptionist speaking good English - easy to talk to. Modern design and feel of the room. A water cooler in the reception area was really useful - for the hot tea and for cold water as well. I loved the balcony very much with two chairs and a little table - nice to have for the talk and some wine and food. The parking garage is next door.
