Stayed on a Monday and no food or bar facilities.

Beautiful old building, refurbished and maintained to a high standard. Little lounges, courtyards and balconies.

Lack of signage in hotel to direct guests.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, within easy walking distance of the town center. Room was very good, comfortable. My only beef was because the hotel is quite spacious, it would be great to have more signage to find our room. Reception just assumed we knew where everything was.

There was a wedding on during our stay which meant the restaurant was closed, it would have been helpful if they had benn able to offer room service or recommend alternative restaurants of a similar standard.

Room size, the history in the old part of the hotel. The staff on reception were especially helpful. Our room was in the new part, it was very quiet and very spacious we had one of the deluxe rooms.

The car park wasn’t straightforward for a moto and ended up double charged.

Disappointed to discover on arrival on Sunday mid afternoon that the restuarant was closed so had to get a taxi into the centre of town to get something to eat

Bathroom quite small , no tea/ coffee facilities, no fridge in room and only bottles water on the first day . Be useful to have somewhere on site to get snacks and drinks throughout the day. Had to pay deposit for pool towels and now have to wait to be reimbursed

Great location , fabulous swimming pool, room basic but ok , lovely breakfast . Would have been good to have access to bar for drink and snacks for longer hours

Paid for underground parking within approx 100 meters, €22 . Drop off zone only at hotel, but apart from the cost this was a minor problem.

Very pleasant and interesting historic building. Well kept. Clean. Good food options for breakfast. Helpful staff.

Breakfast choice limited - a kettle in the room would have been helpful although the reception staff helped with hot water for our ‘English tea habit’ 😂

Great Location - Junior Suite was great - loved it been old fashioned and quirky - great pools although small & plenty of terraces! - Most of the staff were great a couple could do to smile a bit more !😊 - Marian Daniel the night manager was extremely helpful -thank you !

the air con unit in our room was on the floor next to the bed so whoever slept that side got quite cold whilst the rest of the room remained quite warm.

WOW What a superb hotel. stunning setting and architecture and lots of places to explore. two pools and plenty of outside seating in the sun and shade. we upgraded our room so had a separate sitting area with a balcony looking over the beautiful rooftops.

There was no shade around the larger pool.

A very beautiful collection of buildings in a great location. My room was spacious, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was great. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Really good value for money.

The breakfast buffet quality could be improved.

Great location, nice facilities in a Spanish classic style building. The rooms were modern and very comfortable, and there were two pools, perfect for refreshing in the hot summer days.

The bathroom could use some updates, as it felt quite dated and the shower wasn’t very comfortable. The vinyl was also peeling , which gave the space a somewhat neglected appearance.maintenance and refurbishment would really enhance the overall experience.

The receptionist was professional, friendly, and very helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location is perfect for a weekend getaway to Toledo—convenient and close to everything. The hotel itself is excellent: beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing. The two pools are a fantastic bonus and a great way to unwind during your stay.
