United KingdomThe room was a bit run down, needed maintenance, and a coat of paint. The shower hose had no hook to hang on. So, I had to hold the shower head when washing. It had no refrigerator in the room, which is a MUST to keep water, drinks and any food cool.
We liked the location next to the marina, the beach and the centre of the town. The hotel was a typical old-fashioned Spanish building. Friendly staff, a good breakfast. Air conditioning is great and a comfortable bed. Was cleaned and fresh towels provided every day.

United KingdomThe rooms are quite small and there is no free car parking nearby. The nearest car park is at the nearby marina which is quite expensive. Free car parking is available at the beach car park but this is a 5 to 10 min walk.
The Can Dalfo has an excellent location in the middle of the older part of town. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean neat and tidy. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants. There is some noise particularly if you like to go to bed early but it was not a problem for us. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

United KingdomNothing apart from hearing some slight noise from next door but it’s an old building & our neighbours were very courteous .
So firstly know that the rooms are very 1980’s but that did not deter us . The room we had was a double with a sea view looking out across the harbour . A basic but very clean room . The view was superb . The family who run this property were very kind & considerate & very helpful . We were on the 2nd floor , no lifts . It’s a hostel not a 4 star hotel . But we got 4 star service . We decided to go half board & found it to be excellent value for money . We had a beautiful meal on the resteraunt below a 3 course and everything on the menu we had was excellent . My partner for starter had fresh sardines which where superb , I had a small baked pasta dish which was tasty and we both went for the paella as a main which was delicious , followed by apple cake for me & strawberrys & cream for him . With half a litre of good sangria & water we had a great night . The breakfast the next morning was superb . We had freshly fried eggs on toast , followed by croissants & a variety of pastries & lovely selection of cold meats & juices . Superb cafe con leche & finished off with fruit & yogurt . We would absolutely stay again & if you’re happy with a basic clean room & great food & service then this is for you . We had a 9 day trip in a variety of 2/3/4 star hotels . We would say that the food in this establishment was just as good if not better than the 4 star . We enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure .

SpainWe had a slight problem with the toilet chain but we reported it and the staff were very nice, quick, efficient, and got it sorted for us asap.
Old fashioned (basic) but clean, comfortable, in the hustle bustle of the main street, close to everything - sea, shops, ATMs etc. Small balcony with chairs was a bonus to watch life go by on the street below. The hotel has a restaurant which has a fair priced menu and good quality food in the evening, and the breakfast was a good spread with a nice choice of sweet/ savoury food and coffees/teas/juice etc as requested.

Poland- we chose room with sea view but we saw just a street - so small, not cosy room - Thin walls. We heard everything in rooms around us. really everything... - bad smell in halls and corridors - Old, thiny bathroom. Husband had a problem to take a shower - clean in room but not around (restaurant, hall, corridors) - noises from the street

IrelandWas very basic for the price, and the beds were quite hard. I didn't end up staying due to weather difficulties and other circumstances. Worth noting that the owners and receptionist have quite limited English.
The property was very basic, but clean and well kept. Pictures definitely hinted at a more modern level of comfort, however there was nothing wrong with the property. It was clean and very close to the beachfront.
