Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThere wasn't fridge in the room. And it was a little noisy because of the location. You can hear people coming back their hotels while you are in your room but I think that's acceptable.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everywhere. I feel like I'm staying in the heart of the Seville. Staff is really helpful they help me find a phone store near the hostal. They are sincere and kind. Room and bathroom was really clean. The best part of the hostal is the location I stayed 3 days and I've never used transportation.

In the centre of Santa Cruz and convenient to walk everywhere! Reception always helpful with info and maps. Terrace offered a view of Cathedral and Giralda. They offer coffee in the morning at terrace but only enjoyed last of 3 days as was going out earlier!!

PortugalThere was no toilet brush in the toilet. We were on the ground flor, very near to the reception which can be unconfortable. You have access to the rooftop for a free coffee in the morning but when we got up around 8 am it was not yet open
We enjoyed how silent it was for a center hotel. The bed was very good and the shower had excellent water pressure. The rooms are really quiet which is great to rest after a long day of walking.
