Everything was perfect. The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos and spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned every day and felt very spacious. The mini fridge was a great bonus. The location was excellent, we could easily walk everywhere. There was also free and convenient street parking available, which was very handy for our rental car.

Very loud between hallway and rooms, and water pipes are also loud (we would very clearly hear when other rooms flushed the toilet)

We had a pretty spacious room and the environment is clean. The dining area with tv and cutlery to use is very convenient if you prefer getting food to eat at the hostel instead going to restaurants.

The internet wasn't working well and I would have preferred to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower instead of just general body wash

The only disadvantage was distance to bus stop (around 10-15 minutes walk) and that there were no ticket machine nearby, and if you don’t have ticket beforehand, you can not get into the bus.

The fridge didnt really cool but it did serve its purpose (choco bars didnt melt, water stayed somewhat cold).

Staff is very nice and the room was clean and bigger than I expected. Loved the balcony. We could hear people coming and going (especially in the morning) but it wasn't loud and noisy (just like in most hotels). We had no trouble finding parking (in may) and breakfast was also like in other hostals/hotels (cereals, ham, cheese, toast, eggs, fruit). Coffee was really good.

Fridge in the room wasn’t great, but that was a very small issue.

The place was great, clean, comfortable (air con worked a treat), pool area was lovely. Location was great, quiet surroundings but close to Santa Catarina for great bars and restaurants, and a short walk up to Castle Bellver (which is worth a visit). Breakfast was great value, and coffee was very nice - very peaceful start to the day sitting out to eat in the terrace area. The honesty fridge concept was very handy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all, surpassed expectations and we’d stay again. Thanks Hostal Bonany!

The rooms are a bit basic, but it is not the hotel you would want to stay in the rooms as the rest of the property is very nice or you will be out exploring the city.

The room was a good size, the pool area was clean and in the sun from early morning, the check in process was easy, especially given we were delayed until almost 4am. Instructions for the key and the access was easy to follow. Plenty of nearby bus routes into the centre of Palma too, but also close to plenty of bars, restaurants and attractions.

Great Location, close to the port, but quite. Easy acces to the bus station. Easy walking acces to the Cathedral (aprox 30 minutes along the port) Room not too big, but clean.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The room was very spacious, and the location was easy to reach. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
