The arab baths and maffage were disappointing. The prive was high for what was offered.

The room was small but well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Everything was very clean.

Nothing to complain about. Yes it’s basic accommodation but it does the job.

Fabulous location and very good value. Ideal for a short stay in Granada. Staff were superb - particular thanks to Carmen who made us feel very welcome and who helped us in so many ways. Great to have the mini-spa/‘arab’ baths available.

The lift had some issues, but the staff did try their best to get it sorted.

Excellent location for walking to old and new part of Granada as well as public transport. Prompt & clear communication of the host. Iimmaculately clean, good beds and aircon together with quietness inside the building contribute to good rest in between outings. Reception was very friendly and accomodating. Very good value for money.

The room was booked for 2 adults and it was too small for them and luggage. For one person the room was adequate. The bathroom was also very tiny.

Downside, if I must say, could be the size of the room. If you're two persons traveling with two big case, let's say you can hardly move when you spread your cases out.

Among all the hotels that I stayed at, this is the only one who printed my name on a welcome card that placed on the bed. Also, they have free coffee and bottle water upon check in, it doesn't worth much, but it is a big gesture of friendliness.

The bathroom ventilation was very noisy.

The staff were very attentive and helpful; they offered us water both at the entrance and exit, and they promptly sent us all the important details we needed to know about the city. We were very pleased.

The hostal 's team is very friendly and helpfull and the room was very clean. The cleaning team had made very cutes olifants and birds with the badtowels. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy.

the smell in the bathroom, lack of communication regarding parking( even though they offered the service and it was very close ). I didn’t read anything about the price of the spa not being included with the booking, they should be more specific.
