Nothing, really. It would be nice to provide some cutlery and cups, at least of the disposable kind, in the kitchen. I think the coffee should also be complimentary for the price.

Parking and getting luggage to the site is difficult.

The property is on a busy pedestrian street in the middle of town. There is no parking nearby and we decided to just camp with a few belongings as we were heading off early next morning. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

My only complaint is with the parking. Our welcome email seemed to suggest parking at the nearby carpark would be €14. I didn’t check and got a shock when we had to pay €97 for 2 nights parking.

It's a Hostal, so that must be taken into account when booking. There is a shared area for making tea and coffee,which is basic but clean. The only real negative was parking, which was difficult to find as it was early evening at the height of summer.

The location is in the centre of town, great for restaurants and bars. The Hostal was clean,with a friendly member of staff at reception.

I found the shutters a bit hard to manage to keep the light levels low at night.

Quiet location in the old town, not too far from the Spanish railway station although a bit of a trek from the Yellow Train French station. Mini kitchen where you could make warm drinks.

The shower was quite small and l manage to burn myself on the hot water. There was no breakfast included, which is fine, but no option to pay for one, or at least it was not offered to me and you had to pay for tea and coffee

The location was great, right in the middle of town. The rooms were a good size, with basic but contemporary furniture. Good sized double bed and everything was clean and tidy

I would have liked to have been able to check in at 15.00 instead of 16.00. Would also have liked air conditioning just so I could sleep with the window closed. As it turned out, this wasn't a problem on a Monday night but the town gets much noisier later in the week and weekends.

Very good basic accommodation in an excellent location - directly in the heart of historic Puigcerdà. Staff were very helpful and gave me a secure place to store my bicycle. Room as small but functional and clean with a window overlooking the street. I was there on a Monday so things were quiet, but I imagine it could be pretty noisy on weekend evenings. No air conditioning but you generally don't need it in Puigcerdà even in summer. I slept with the window open without any problem.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for great value and a handy central location. Very clean and with coffee-making facilities in a communal area with fridge and microwave. Hairdryer on request. Being a bit decrepit, it was great to get help carrying our luggage!

The room is 0 noise isolated. We could here everybody walking around during the night, the other doors closing, people next room talking at a normal-low volume... We could not rest properly. Definitely too expensive for the quality
