Very central, very practical, very straightforward system for the check-in. Five minutes walk off of Plaza del Sol and the busy night life. Very clean interiors and exteriors, attentive to the needs of the clients.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the hotel entrance because of the service they offered on the street. But I understand that there is little the hotel can do about this issue.

There's a small fridge in the room which was nice, but there's no microwave available anywhere for reheating leftovers. The bathroom was tiny, which was fine because it's all I needed, but I kept hitting my elbow on the doorknob when using the sink.

The location was excellent. The AC worked well. Everything was clean and had been updated. The bed was comfortable. Free wifi. The hairdryer worked well.

It was no possibility to use Air condition and temperature in January was no perfect for us. Air condition was in reservation and it should be possible to use to give additonal heat. I think for others it is no problem.

Perfect place in the heart of Madrid. Close to Renfe and Metro. Cheap Bolt or Uber. Friendly staff. Fantastic restaurant on the corner.

The only thing that maybe was unfortunate and never happens is that the noise coming from the floor above my room was quite loud even after late at night. Is not a good location if you want to rest as Gran Vía is nearby.

They forgot to clean my room & forgot to give shampoo and shower gel. And didn’t change my bedsheets whole time. I had to ask to change my towels after 3 days

It is a little noisy outside (I guessed all nearby hotels have the same issue). If travelers in other rooms smoke, the smell would also be in my room.

The room is comfortable and clean. The location is excellent (very close to Gran Via). The hotel is safe (one lock on the first floor, one at the hostel's entrance, and one for the room).

Sometimes there is no hot water, but noisy at night, we couldn’t leave luggage at the hotel after check out ( between 11-4) but there is an option to leave them in another office for €5 per item
